Definitely recommend Iolla
The whole experience with Iolla was perfect. I loved the shop, the frames were displayed very well, and logically. The staff in the store were welcoming and very helpful. I had been recommended to try Iolla so had never been in store before. The staff explained everything so clearly. Lots of choice in frames and colours so it was easy for me to find two pairs to suit my needs.
I liked the transparency of the pricing, with no hidden extras.
The quality of the fi ished article is excellent, with my glasses fitting perfectly.
This was definitely a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Iolla to others.

Really great experience. Lovely friendly store.
The colleagues in store were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. The store had a really relaxed feeling and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. The colleague who attended to me made sure the glasses I chose were right for my needs. The price was really competitive compared to all the other opticians I'd been too. Plenty of choice too.

Great quality glasses at a very affordable price
I have known IOLLA for few years now and always the customer service and the products are excellent!This time I purchases polarised sunglasses to pair when I am wearing contacts and a pair of reading glasses,both at a fixed price of 85£ for each pair!Both frames and lenses are great quality and I received advice and help from the most charming and friendly shop assistant at the Manchester shop.

Streamlined and easy…
I loved how streamlined and easy this service is! As a parent of very young kids it can be difficult to find the time to do things for yourself so I really appreciated how simple the process was. I chose my glasses when I happened to be in town, but asked to collect them at the store closest to where I live which was no problem at all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Not to mention how affordable the frames were compared to big brand names! I actually bought 2 pairs - a ‘fun’ colourful pair and a ‘goes with everything’ pair for when I’m rushing out the door with the little people and have no time to think! Great!

A shop in a convenient location with a huge selection of frames to browse and try on. Staff were not pushy but ready to jump in with a smile on their face - super friendly and helpful! The service was fast, the process was faultless and I am delighted with my new glasses. Incredible value for money and the one-price strategy is genius.
