Don't buy prescription eyewear They are disposable , the frames are extremely low quality it's deceptive as you don't realise how bad they are until you compare with your high street prescription frames They are clear any issues with prescription glasses are to be taken up with your optician. However if your optician is the main High Street store they won't touch them as they aren't their frames so I ended up with 300 quid of wasted plastic. Skip and go to a decent opticians pay a little more and get decent eyewear.Staff were pleasant

Great service...great range...great price

Great value for money, with the most helpful and friendly staff. Glasses arrived early and I'm very happy overall with this excellent service.

Went to the St James centre shop, not many choices I thought, advertising all glasses are 89 pounds, but they are for single sighted only. Otherwise, the costs is same as normal optical shops.
In a normal optician, they do check eye sights.
But shop assistants were helpful. But glasses are just ok.

Extremely good value .

Very good varifocals , I used the Richmond shop and the girl there was really good at sorting out my glasses. You do need to take an eye prescription. The price compared to Specsavers was over a third less . They also do really cool clip on sunglasses to attach to your glasses if you need them ! Will use them again !

Lovely specs and they work really well as varifocals. Helpful staff. Came to Iolla after struggling with very expensive varifocals from a different company - could not use them properly for reading. My Iolla ones are so much better and were less than half the price!

Great customer service and amazing products

Great service from the Manchester shop when I popped in a few months after picking up my glasses due to recent near vision issues. The lady who assisted me was very professional, helpful, polite, identified the issue and offered to send off my glasses to get new lenses in my frames. These were received a couple of weeks later. Really couldn't fault the service. Absolutely brilliant.

Basic price is good for quality of glasses but anything added tint etc can drive up cost, Shop busy picking up glasses was simply handed over glasses and advised to check myself

That was the fastest i have ever ordered glasses! Staff were accommodating but not pushy, ordering with my prescription took about 7 minutes and the price was clear & reasonable. Great quality glasses and easy pick up due to good store hours. 10/10 will be coming back every time

prices go up faster than weather changes in Scotland. the bigger the company becomes the worse customer service and quality they have. i have been a customer for years, have over dozen pairs but this is it. good luck
