My bottle broke within four months after purchase. I reached out since it was under warranty, and they tried to charge me $17 for shipping to replace the bottle. I pointed out that current shipping rates were $6, but they insisted I would need to pay $17 to replace the bottle, which is likely more than the manufacturing cost of the product.

So my first bottle did not work correctly and they ship me a new one. The shipment took a while and I was upset about that but now that I’ve had my water bottle for a while. I love it. I feel less aches and pains. I’ve now had it for a couple months. I use it several times every day and it’s still working well so I Would now give this water bottle a five star rating. Thank you for a great product!

I would appreciate more information about how long the H2 infusion lasts. (cap on/cap off?). With H2 being so volatile, consumers need to know what is the time frame for consumption, for maximum or effective benefit. I have not found this information readily available.

Do not buy this. It’s overpriced and does not work. I was already using a hydrogen water bottle that worked fine, I thought I would try a more expensive one to see the difference. This company sent me a faulty product, if you put cold bottled water in the bottle, in managed to turn in warm! Complained to customer service and they have done nothing but fob me off and accuse me of lying.

I received an ion bottle for Mother’s Day! I absolutely loved it! However my husband dropped the charging lid and broke it. I contacted the company to see if I could replace the lid. Even though it wasn’t covered in the warranty they are sending a complete replacement! I am so happy! It’s a great product and they are a great company!

I still think people have to be careful in the health space. I got sick with indigestion and almost a detox feeling when I drank the water. My concern also is how does mold not grow in the lid? Always remember just because companies and influencers promote products they don't always work for everyone.

I’ve had my triton sport bottle for less than 3 weeks.. and it’s leaking like a broken dam. I have not misused it, have not exposed it to any harsh conditions, and allow nobody else to use it. Yesterday, July 7 2024 it worked great.. today July 8 2024 it starts pouring water out as soon as it’s flipped upside down ! I paid good money for this product, and for it to only last 2-3 weeks is unacceptable !

f. horrible company. zero customer support. They jerk you around so that you must put in a credit card dispute. I purchased 2 bottles, and one was put together wrong. I sent them pics, and just asked for a replacement, but no. They are useless, their customer support # just hangs up, so they suck royally.!!!!!!
