I am currently building a website for my organization, but I am unable to find any option or section that allows me to add videos or images to the design.

This is a major limitation, as I need to showcase our activities and present content for sponsors. At the moment, there does not seem to be any design element or feature available for media uploads.

Could you please guide me on how to enable or access video and image sections in the website builder?

They don't have costumer support.
They don't have e-mail to send your inquiries.
I can not solve my problem.

The personal counselling on the phone was above average and of excellent quality. The competence of the employee led me smoothly to the desired solution with complete satisfaction.

Often you get a domain you end up not using and it expires.

Instead I got fees and reminders and fees on top of fees for a contract I had terminated and an account I didn't own anymore.

AI-call centers and NOT real customer support.

I would never get a website from them in a million years.

i made an ecommerce with bigcartel and all was ok with bigcartel i complaint them only the choice for domain provider Ionos.
The second year of domain will cost you 97 euro … absolutely crazy…. never paid such a domain renew… thieft
i think this is a scheme!

Good and quick personal service and support by a real human at IONOS, not just AI

I have been working since early December of 2025 to get a fairly simple web page set up and operational. I have provided their team with tictires and verbiage and discussed concepts for the site. Some got done, some did not. I could never talk to the same person twice. They missed phone appointments and were unprepared to discuss my changes. MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE AND OF LITTLE TO NO HELP. Their use of automation and AI is sorely lacking. I cannot see how they can survive.
I say Buyer beware... They will not allow me out of my contract, which makes matters even worse. I am paying for something that they have never delivered.

We had a big problem concerning the entrance into the internet.
It was a great help of the via phone assisting lady from the Kundenservice and I only can give a big compliment to her behaviour and patience.

Your design team is however still not worth dealing with and a real problem that needs top be sorted or you will lose more customers in what is a competitive enviroment.

This is the most unresponsive, ignorant hosting service I have ever used.

You pay them to design a website for you, but you must call and or email to get any action or even a reply to simple issues ....

When after 12 plus months of chaos you cancel the design teams cooperation as you decide to manage the look and feel yourself, they delete the complete
website and disconnect the hosting ..... even though you are paying for hosting and and emails !!!!!!!

No one takes responsibility, each "Department" passes you to the next and they in turn say it is someone else's issue ..... so in the end you get nothing but a bill each month.

Customer orientation is not at all at the center of this companies plans ...... collecting fees for doing nothing is more central.

What is made great were the emails I received with nameservers for my external domains.
Profile layout is very clean and intuitive though I had issue with connecting afterwards the domain with installed WordPress account, it took me some time to figure out the menu were I must do it.

One little issue I have so far is lack of knowledge of German language and I must translate the emails I receive from your side, also the interface is not fully translated once I choose 'English' for my profile.

So far all experience I have with your company is flawless!
