i was just on their website looking at velvet tops after looking on the Soft Surrounding's website. imagine my surprise when iount had the same EXACT pictures!!! oh, yeah! another overseas ripoff knockoff website. sick to death of them!!!

Website representation, cheap and a TOTAL SCAM!

Lount advertises beautiful clothing but does NOT deliver. Lount advertisd beautiful red velvet, maxi length coats with PATTERNED LININGS. I ordered 2 but Lount sent 2 cheap, poorly made garments with NO PATTERNED LINING that barely came to my knees. They advertised EASY RETURNS but REFUSE to refund my money or send the actual garment that they advertised and I paid for. This happened 1/15/2023.

SCAM from China. They sent me the wrong item and now want me to return it back to China. This is another Chinese scam. Buy local or use Amazon for protection.

SCAM. Items are NOT as depicted. The return policy is false - they will make every effort to not give you a return address. Once they provide it (it took months of emails), YOU PAY the shipping... back to China which is more than the order cost. THEN they will say it is stuck in customs and that they never received it. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

SCAM! Do not order from this company! I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 11th, it's now almost 2 weeks into January and I never received them. I reached out twice and they said they would get back to me about my order and they never did. They scammed me out of $65

Absolutely the worst business ever; I will never shop with Iount again! I sent them back the cheap products, but they won't give me my money back. The quality of the products was a joke!

NEVER will I EVER buy from Iount again. I have received a pair of shoes - a cheap imitation not even close to my order. Nothing more than a fake copy in a different color, two sizes too small, very poorly manufactured and even sent without a shoe box and therefore terribly sqeezed. I was cheated. What a disappointment!

Terrible return policy. The jeans I bought don’t fit. It takes days for them respond for each correspondence. They want me to send photos of the jeans not fitting? I don’t think so. I told them I going to absorb the $45+ for jeans I can’t wear, but that I’ll be leaving reviews like this one!

I ordered a long thick cream cardigan with a hood, I received a nasty, itchy, thin short red Christmas cardigan. They enjoy robbing people. They are just a group of thieves and should be prosecuted. I am trying to arrange this. I did send the awful thing back but of course they said they are still waiting for it blah blah

DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THIS IOUNT WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAM, NOW I HAD A GOOD LESSON, I WOULD NEVER BUY BEFORE I MAKE SURE ABOUT THE TRUSTWORTHINESS OF THE COMPANY!! THEY SHOULD FIND THE IP ADRESS AND CONVICT THESE PEOPLE!!

Unfortunately, I only read the review after my bad experience. Big mistake on my part!
My experience is the same terrible as previously described by other customers. I also ordered a beautiful dress and received a completely different one, which looks more like an elegant dress than a nightgown. When I complained, I was repeatedly asked for pictures, which I always delivered immediately.
I have never received a refund, only promises. It's incredible that a company like this can be considered "safe" to sell online when everyone is having similar issues.

I ordered an expensive pink lace dress and was sent a cheap purple velour nightie. I was told if I want to send the wrong item back, it would be at my expense from the UK to China - even though it was the company’s mistake. When I asked for a return/refund/exchange for the company’s mistake, I was told a flat no. I have the email exchange for anyone that is interested or needs it verified. Buyer beware-terrible service and clearly a company after a quick buck. Don’t buy!

Trying to return items that are too small. They are giving me the run around and I can see that I am probably stuck with this tops. First they wanted a picture of the clothes then they wanted my measurements. Do not buy from these people.

Shocking experience!
I ordered a Boho,white polka dot dress for my wedding that I found advertised on Pinterest. I actually received a revolting purple, full length halter neck dress! There was no paperwork in the packaging. I immediately contacted Iount. Many emails ensued between us. I was offered a 10% refund. I declined. It went up to a 20% refund which I declined. They said that if I returned the dress I would get a full refund but I would have to pay return postage to China!! WOW!
Having read the online reviews for this company I didn't trust them to acknowledge receipt of the dress if I did return it. (Interestingly, they specified that I should NOT use DHL to return the item.) Why should I have to pay postage when they sent the wrong item in the first place?! I turned to PayPal. They investigated my complaint and RESULT after an initial ridiculous offer of a small refund from Iount, PayPal ruled in my favour and I had a FULL refund. THANKYOU PayPal. Iount are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I am from Bahrain. I made my order back in 26 March 2022. And haven’t heard nothing for a week. When I sent an mail a reply came back saying the products are not ready and I have to be patient. I emailed them two weeks later asking for a refund but they kept apologizing and asking me to be patient. No option of refund at all. I received the items today 27 April 2022. It’s not what I saw on the pictures. It’s like taking the cheapest textile and taking the original dress making a colored copy of it. The items were very cheap and not worth the try. It’s a white textile with printed colors noting more. I wish I can complain and send them back the items but I know it’s not worth wasting my time with them they won’t refund my money. They don’t even deserve a one star rate. I wish I could give -100 star rating.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I also wish that I had done homework on this company little better before ordering from them. The photos on their website are dazzling and I fell for it. After receiving an item that didn’t fit and looked nothing like the image, the company now is unwilling to correspond with me or give a refund. Nothing worse than feeling duped. I hope other people do their research better before buying anything from them

Wish I had searched about the company before making a purchase. Clearly after I have been screwed I now see I am not the only one. My clothes came on time, but only one of the four items were what was in the picture. One of them was similar in color, and look but it was supposed to be a wrap dress and it wasn't. I believe they use pictures they get online and make copies to sell(which they fail at) instead of showing pictures of what they actually sell. The other 2 items are nothing like what I ordered and the way wrong side. I emailed saying I need to return and have not gotten a response. Now I see the website is actually set up with no contact us links or information. I'm really hoping I cancel the payment with my bank because this company is a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I received the wrong size on one item and a second item didn’t come in the package. Instead they included a completely different blouse that I didn’t select…..and it’s ugly. When I emailed them, they said sorry but no exchange or refunds. I paid for items that I never received. FRAUDSTERS!!

They flatly refuse to exchange or refund. Horrible quality. Terrible sizing. Chinese sizes but advertised to Australians so it is a big mistake dealing with this company. After many messages they offered a 10% refund but WOULD NOT exchange for larger sizes. I gave up but have learnt a lesson. Do not throw your money away!!!
