I say talk because it felt like he had me and my best interests simplifed broke down the choosen poilcy he looked for the best quotes he could. Julian was honest about any questions I had which really helped me put me at ease some decisions, I have no hesitation in giving ipf a full 4 marks, honest , to the point and most of all Julian listened to what I wanted and delivered .
