Great service from start to finish - would recommend. Jack was very helpful with the initial enquiry and quote and Frank and Carl did a great job with the installation. Quick, tidy and professional and great value for money. The whole house now (finally) feels cosy.

Brilliant communication throughout, great service and the team clearly explained each step. They did a professional job and when we needed some prior damp proofing work before the insulation could be completed, the team told us exactly what we needed to do in order for the insulation to be installed. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I had great experience with Ignite property from quotation to getting my cavity walls insulation done. Very friendly people honest and most important is very punctual. Surveyor was on time as it was promised. I received very detailed report as promised the same day at later time. Once I agreed with the pricing and date the cavity insulation can was parked outside my driveway. Jack and Karl filled cavity walls. Very friendly guys. I did ask them so many questions and Jack was more than happy to answer and explain all questions I asked. I would highly recommend them. They are also very competitive in pricing.

I am usually apprehensive about tradespeople, but turns out I needn’t have been worried in this instance. Henry and Sophie were very responsive on the admin communication side, and Frank (doing the cavity wall installation itself) was excellent. He arrived promptly and was polite. He clearly knew his business, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He then got straight to work, which lasted a few hours (they usually work in pairs, but this time he was on his own), and cleaned up after himself. The job was done to a high standard, and I instantly noticed a difference in how much longer my home remained warm after the heating had turned off. The guarantee documents arrived promptly after the works were complete, and I have to say I cannot fault the process from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this as a reliable company, with polite staff and good communication.

From the initial enquiry to completion of task their communication at all times was excellent. They carried out the work which included cavity wall and loft insulation in a hassle free way. Good timekeeping, competitive prices and took away a lot of the stress through liaison with third parties when needed. Cannot speak highly enough.

We wanted the walls insulated as we have a single floor extension with three outside Walls and a flat roof
The guys arrived on the agreed date and were punctual. They explained and showed us what they were going to and approximately how long it would take. The works were carried out quickly and within the time stated. They left the work area clean and tidy.
We consider the cost was reasonable and we noticed how much warmer the room was the very next morning.

Surveyor arrived on time and was polite. He spent about an hour taking photos of the house, all from the inside. I received the report the next day, which was a PDF of the thermal images with some very cursory explanations, nothing more detailed than "ceiling retaining heat", "cold ingress from the window - can be adjusted" and "wall losing heat which could be due to a breakdown or lack of cavity wall insulation". Some of the images were missing and it took four chaser emails and a phone call to get the missing images sent to me. This cost almost £400. I could have bought a camera myself and done a better job for less.

My wall cavity and loft insulation were completed within weeks of each other. The reports was fully detailed and all my questions were answered. Both jobs were completed on time and very efficiently. The guys were very pleasant, clean and tidy. My house temperature has improved so much, I'm now enjoying my cosy home, I should have done this years ago. I highly recommend Ignite Property Group
