- Got completely different colour of the iPhone cover I've ordered - instead of the navy (dark) blue I got a baby blue one. Didn't bother to return it since I needed it now and the colour doesn't matter for me that much;
- The charger is not Apple original as they stated on the website;
- Not sure about the headphones either - they work very bad when I talk on the phone, the AKG ones I used before worked much better.

If you're not happy about your purchase, you have a 14 days full refund.
The headphones we sell are not original at this price point, but as for all of our products if you have a problem you can get a replacement.
As for our cables, we try to make it clear that the chip in cable is original, should you need a more sophisticated answer, please reach out to our customer support.
