Be warned

Sent my phone in for a screen replacement, heard nothing for a week so emailed and they said they had missed it, next correspondence from them saying I also needed a battery replacement at a cost of another £60 which I sent by bank transfer after some to-ing and fro-ing. Received phone approx 2 weeks after sending it off to a completely broken device, does not connect to ESIM or physical SIM. Took to Apple Store who confirmed the phone would cost more (iPhone 13) to fix than buy brand new. The only problem I had with my phone originally was a smashed screen, still useable but as I was due an upgrade I was going to gift to my partner however is now completely useless. This is after spending £120 on it. Please take this as a warning

Great service at a good price. I was furious with myself when my ipad dropped on a hard floor after I’d taken it out of its case. The screen was badly cracked and broken - I couldn’t believe I’d been so stupid! Then I remembered Free Fusion, who I had used previously to replace an iPhone battery. I dropped the iPad off with them and collected it next day. The screen was replaced and the iPad was as good as new. And the repair came with a 90 day warranty. Because I know this business has been in Corby for quite a few years I’m confident in the validity of the warranty. At £80 for an iPad 9 screen replacement this is considerably less expensive than an official Apple repair. The only thing to be aware of is that they only accept cash.

The service was quick however my battery performance did not improve so I wonder what did they do?

Easy to follow website which correctly identifies the correct device and the repair required. Screen replacement looks perfect - device now looks as good as new.
Very well packed and protected for return shipping. Took longer to process than 48 hours, but that's OK by me.

I 've had some issues after water damage. I've received prompt response from Free Fusion. Battery and screen has been changed just in couple of days for affordable price. Phone works perfect now, customer service is excellent. I can highly recommend Free Fusion.

Any service performed by this company in any Apple product breaks Apple Terms and Conditions and automatically invalidates the warranty. Furthermore, you lose the value of your phone when you try to trade it in! The worst part is that after writing to them more than 5 times I have not received any response to the fact that they broke my home button and additionally charged me for "cleaning my charging port" that was working perfectly beforehand. Customers should be aware that this Company advertises "certified batteries" meeting "Apple specifications" and shows genuine Apple batteries on their website but actually replaces you battery with a fake imitation. The authorities are reluctant to take any action so buyers BEWARE!

Outstanding service! I was apprehensive about posting and giving access to my iPhone. The website was really helpful in alleviating my fears. It did this addressing my concerns and having registration with recognised professional bodies. The screen replacement service was super quick, with excellent communication on the status.

I got my iPhone 12 battery replaced and I paid for the “Battery Health Available”. My battery health is showing up but I’m continuously getting this annoying “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery” message. I called them up before sending it for repair and they didn’t tell me anything about this message.

Very impressed. I’m always a bit dubious of sending away a phone to be fixed, always expecting extra charges. But this service was excellent. Very quick and efficient. Clear communication too. Would use again.
