Brilliant service. Absolutely outstanding. A problem with the Jack socket on my 6 year old IPod was repaired and returned within three days (posted Monday, returned Wednesday).

I use my iPod every day - it contains my entire music library. Losing it would have been a tragedy. It is one of Apple’s best inventions. I have been unable to find anything as good.

Amazing service. Sent my iPod in for repair on a Monday, arrived back Friday in perfect working order. I cannot praise this company enough, they even gave me a partial refund as the repair was less than expected. A truly friendly and professional outfit.

Problem was fixed in no time at all reasonable price ipod was picked up from home thought I was going to have to throw it away so finding fix it was brilliant kept me informed at all times if you love your ipod like I love mine then I recommend fix it.

I sent my old iPod classic for a battery change and upgrade to solid state drive.
Not only did my unit return looking brand new, the team managed to complete the work so quickly that my iPod was back with me in 48 hours.
The work itself has been completed to a very high standard and at very reasonable prices.
I would highly recommend the services of FixIt.

Brilliant service and very reasonable prices. I sent off my 15 year old ipod, which I'd messed up trying to repair myself, expecting to be told it was beyond repair.
However, within 24 hrs Fix It had checked it, repaired it and sent it winging back to me. The delivery was delayed by the courier, probably because there was a postal strike on and it was the busy week prior to Xmas, but even then I had it back in my hand inside a week working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company and from my experience would highly recommend them.

Order 108807: I usually live abroad but was coming back for just under two weeks to visit family. I messaged the guys at Ipodrepairs.co.uk to see if they could repair my 5th gen iPod touch battery within this timeframe and they said they would try their best. iPod sent off special delivery on the 15/12 arrived 19/12 with the postal strikes. Repaired and sent back same day and arrived two days later on 21/12 good as new, with only a few small entry marks. I can now enjoy the rest of my time here with my trusty iPod good as new again for many years to come!! This company is nothing less than impressive!!

Sent my iPod Classic to these guys for repair. The service was fast, efficient, friendly and great value. The response to my email questions was minutes! Their return packaging in fact saved my iPod from being drowned by a soap spill in the courier's van!! Would 100% recommend as they do iPads and iPhones too...

Used these guys to replace a battery on an iPad Air 2.
The website was easy to follow and very clear on costs.
Very good communication by e-mail during the repair and subsequent return.
I posted the unit on Tuesday and received it back the following Saturday, losing 1 day due to postal strike.

Poor service despite being a long time customer; device was returned not working, the main issue was never repaired or resolved despite paying for other repairs which had no relevance to the main issue. I simply don’t understand why the main issue wasn’t looked at, when questioned, I simply got the response that it wasn’t worth repairing although they still charged me for the other repairs which didn’t solve the issue. When asked for an explanation, all I got was a wall of silence.

I first and last used this firm in 2016. Imagine my surprise to find them still offering a service in 2022?
They still had my record and could still offer a service on my very old device.
Within a day they made a diagnosis offered some options and prices.
Within another day the repaired device was returned to me as good as new.
I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Communication was immediate friendly flexible and most of all helpful.
Technical know-how and expertise is second to none.

I had an ipod with charger/headphone problems and a cracked screen. I didn't think there was any hope for it but decided to give this organisation a try.

I posted my ipod off on the Tuesday
They emailed me to say it had been received on the Wednesday
I got a further email saying it was repaired and on its way back on the Thursday
It's now Friday and I'm standing here with a fully functioning ipod.

Service like that is so good it's off the scale. I cannot recommend this company enough!
