William was so patient

William was so patient. He helped me with an issue and stayed in our chat for over 40 minutes because I was the only one at the store and had to constantly stop our communications to help my customers. Thank you for hiring such thoughtful, patient, helpful and knowledgeable staff members.

My experience with iPostal1 has been very good. I have not experienced any problems or delays. The service is working exactly as I expected.

It is easy to use and allows me to manage my mail online without difficulty. I am happy with the service and it meets my needs.

The AI chat agent was pretty competent

The AI chat agent was pretty competent, but transferred me to a live specialist when the problem was recognized to be complex. Shavonna spotted the technical issue with the web page right away and it was fixed in under five minutes. Solid customer service.

I assumed i could pick my mail up at…

I assumed i could pick my mail up at the Staples location
I chose for my mailbox but when I went to Staples they have no p.o. boxes and don't seem to know who ipostal1 is. This is very confusing as I have mail that I have no idea where the physical mail is.

Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your account from this review.

Regarding the issue described, your mail center receives your mail, inserts the image into your digital mailbox, not a P.O box, and notifies you when you have new mail. Then they wait for you to create a task to tell them what to do with each item: forward, open and scan, pickup, discard or shred. You can always see the status of your mail to know if you created a task or not. When the task is completed, you will be notified by email, and a record of the task is kept.

We need to know more to understand the issue you are experiencing. Please provide your information so we can investigate your situation.

Easy to Use and Set Up

I like that you can customize your experience and how easy it is to set up. I am disappointed that the phone number provided is not one I am able to use for text messaging or making calls out, however, receiving calls to my phone was easy to set up and preforms well.

I do wish that I could see the number that clients are coming from when I receive a call, as at the moment I only see that it comes from iPostal.

Commendation for Kimmie P.

Hello...as of today April 21, I have a mailing address managed by your company...I had initial difficulties in complying with the rules needed and the only reason I am now one of your new customers is entirely merit of your employee Kimmie P. I had already commended the quality of her customers service and I feel compelled to commend her again...yesterday we finally were able to setup my new mailbox only because of her assistance!!! During this process she has been patient, extremely courteous and very professional. She is what any new customer hopes to find when dealing with a customer service agent. Please relay my sincerest thanks to her for assisting me in a such a dedicated manner and I'm sure you know that she is an important asset for your company...thank you..Raffaele Cimina
