I was initially upset with ipostal because a package was returned but Cami was able to escalate the issue and resolve without having to put a supervisor on the line. Cami is efficient, patient and caring. She is fully aware of your company procedures she expained to me and I had to respect the policy. She stayed on the line with me to make sure that the 1583 was completed by me correctly and add for me to call back to make sure the process moved expeditiously. You guys have a gem treat her with care please.

This company is LOW TECH. They do not have a Quality Team reviewing their performance and their customer service is TERRIBLE.
1. They do their best to obfuscate and misdirect customers to premium instead of standard sites.
2. Staples doesn't allow their employees to do 1583 verification yet that isn't blatantly listed on their Staples site location information. They bury it in other information. Now I'm out $50 in rideshare while they get now an additional $25 in notary fees. SNEAKY!
3. Their customer service agent ditched me back to the beginning of the line after I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes to even talk to their customer service. ATTROCIOUS!

I had a very disappointing experience with IPOSTAL
At first, everything seemed fine, but issues started when I noticed inconsistent pricing. For example, I was shown a shipping cost of $2.82 for a document, but ended up being charged $12 without any clear explanation or breakdown of fees.
There were also delays in scanning my shipments, and communication became frustrating over time. When I tried to understand and resolve the issue, instead of providing support or clarification, the mail center requested to have my account moved elsewhere.
even when i asked my for refund they refuse to do it
I understand that businesses can set their own policies, but customers deserve transparency and basic customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Would not recommend if you’re looking for clear pricing and reliable handling of your mail.
