Your company's Santa Fe office is incompetent and understaffed. As a result, I have complained before and now again. Every three months I am given a stack of 6-8 letters that have been sitting there, unscanned, and despite my going in every Thursday or so to pick up parcels. Because of their inability to do what your company promises (24 hours between scan/pick up), I have got a package sent to me in May that was give n to me in October. Today, the fourth time this bulk late delivery has happened, there was a notice from my car insurance from Feb. Another from Income support in November. A notice from my health care that a mammogram had found a lump - on Feb 5th. There is no excuse.
Their response below denies that letters lingered without being scanned for months- one from November til April. I have photos as proof. This reply from the company is not an apology or a solution.

Dear friends, I have not used your services yet. For this reason I can not rate your service, nevertheless, I know it will be very helpfull as I opened it in order to receive documents from my bank including credit cards and debit cards.

I’m getting what I need from the service. Setup was a bit arduous with the notary process requiring extra efforts due to mistakes not caught in my initial attempt. No other issues since, though I haven’t had any mail delivered there, no do I expect any which is also a good result.

I am beyond frustrated with iPostal1. I officially closed my accounts and even had written confirmation from their team that I wouldn't be charged again. Despite this, they went ahead and took money from my account anyway. This is straight-up theft.
I’ve been trying to get my $39.99 refund for weeks. Every support agent I talk to gives me the same scripted lies, saying it’s "processed," but it never shows up. When I asked for a real receipt or a transaction ID so my bank could step in, they sent me these pathetic, incomplete screenshots that show nothing. My bank confirmed their "proof" is totally invalid.
This company is either a total mess of incompetence or they are intentionally scamming people by making it impossible to get your money back. They handle private mail but can't even manage a simple refund or follow their own cancellation emails.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Once they have your card details, they will keep charging you and ghost you when you ask for your money back. Absolute nightmare.

I’ve been with iPostal1 for over a year and my physical mail center location has been systematically inflating package dimensions on every single package I’ve received, resulting in hundreds of dollars in fraudulent overcharges. When I finally reached a live agent today named Shavonna, she was incredible — she got on the phone with the location in real time, confirmed the dimensions were wrong, and got the fraudulent charge corrected immediately. She opened a formal ticket and is investigating all past charges.
Shavonna deserves 5 stars. However iPostal1 needs to do a much better job vetting its partner locations. The owner of my location has been falsifying package measurements since day one, laughed at my business model to my face, and refused to scan my outgoing Amazon packages in a timely manner. This has cost me real money and caused serious business disruption.
I have an active ticket for this years worth of mess, which I’m hopeful iPostal1 will make this right. Shavonna is a true asset to this company. I will return to update this review once the ticket has a resolution. Stay tuned and stay informed! This is a 100% real account of my first year with ipostal1, I have no reason to lie. Honestly, the reason I gave 3 stars instead of less, is because Shavonna was truly amazing today! If I could review just her, she deserves 5stars, however this is for the company as a whole so currently 3 stars is a fair assessment.

I signed up for iPostal1 but was never actually able to use the service. For approximately four months, no mail was delivered because every item received at the depot was returned to the sender. This happened repeatedly with no proactive communication or resolution from iPostal1.
To even diagnose the problem, I had to pay to track it myself and make multiple trips to the depot just to figure out what was going wrong—something iPostal1 should have handled from the start. Despite my efforts, the issue was never resolved and the service was effectively unusable.
When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a refund, even though their service was unreliable and never functioned as advertised. I paid for a service I could not use, through no fault of my own.
Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience with no accountability from customer support. I would not recommend iPostal1 to anyone who needs dependable mail handling.
***UPDATE***
After posting this review iPostal1 did issue me a refund.

I rent iPostal1 virtual mailbox #1085 at the Staples Office Store located at 500 E McBee Avenue, Suite 100, Greenville, South Carolina mail center.
On March 17, 2026, Amazon delivered my items valued at $56.22. Staples acknowledged receipt. The items were never delivered to me. Neither iPostal1, nor Staples have compensated me, or otherwise resolved the issue.
Staples had exclusive custody and control of my property. I have served a demand for compensation upon Staples’ registered agent on April 6, 2026, pending litigation in magistrates court, if necessary.
The joint conduct of Staples and iPostal constitutes:
1. Negligence
2. Bailment liability
3. Conversion
4. Breach of contract
5. Gross negligence
6. Bad faith refusal to compensate
I caution everyone against virtual mail services. They are not worth the savings. I will return to traditional private mail services.
UPDATE: On April 10, 2026, I received an email from iPostal1 that the storage for mail item M22241, held at Staples, was expiring in 3 days. Upon arriving at Staples and requesting the item, the associate again had difficulty locating the item. After finally retrieving the item from a counter, I discovered it was item #M22275 that was missing since March 17th. The associate advised that no signature would be required this time, presumably to avoid any evidence of when the article was actually received. I photographed the item. Additionally, store surveillance footage is ample evidence.
I suppose Staples and iPostal1 expects this to be the end of the matter - “No harm no foul”, after causing me such gross hardship and inconvenience from the deprivation of my property. No concessions were extended. They don’t know me well.
The response from iPostal1 is garbage, as is their service.

I had a great experience with iPostal1. I had some issues setting up my phone and fax line, but their support team was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process. They made sure everything was working correctly and guided me step by step until I was able to successfully set up my fax number.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, quick response, and dedication to helping customers. I highly recommend iPostal1 to anyone looking for reliable virtual mailbox and fax services.

Had to be the worst experience signing up a paid subscription. Online notary submitted with documentation for 3 weeks, mutilple calls and emails, still can't get the service to work. Regret ever changing my address to this cr*p service
