Very poor customer service

Unfortunately had to get a refund from PayPal for unfulfilled order as outside 2 week delivery time on their website.
Despite completing 3 contact us forms & emails I had no response from them other than the initial order confirmation & an email notification of dispatch a month late.
I would have refused the order at the door however Evri failed to notify me of the delivery time.
So far I have had no response to "what do you want me to do with the item"...

Used item received

From my experience one star is the most accurate as I have received an item. Item is not in new condition, it was used, but the description did not mention anything about item is in used condition.

Lots of scratches on each side and corners, even very visible knife cut through lines. Besides Item comes with 4 rubber feet, but only 2 of them are present, so that makes me spend more money to buy a set of 4 rubber feet not so scratch the floor.

Excellent foldable pet carrier

Very quick delivery. Website easy to navigate and order from. Pet carrier excellent. Easy to fold and sturdy construction. Was having trouble finding a decent size carrier for my large cat but this fits the bill perfectly and whilst he hates going to the vet, he is now much more comfortable in the larger carrier. Thank you

Was surprised to find this item at a…

Was surprised to find this item at a very reasonable price - order was very easy and delivery smooth. I ordered while I was in Berlin - at a restaurant in 35 degree c heat and noted how good these fans were. I ordered on there and then and it arrived by the time I was back in the UK - packaging was excellent too!
