After a misorder (on my part) the IQ support team super quickly sorted it all out and refunded me immediately. So nice to have a speedy resolution and help, not least as the fault was entirely mine.

We can see our team have been in touch and you have already returned the signed declaration form and provided the doorbell footage, which is really helpful. We have now started the investigation with Royal Mail on our side.
We understand you have also chased for an update and we completely get the frustration. Investigations can take a little time, but we will keep you updated as soon as we hear anything back.
If you would prefer to reorder while we wait for the investigation to conclude, we can apply a discount code to partially help with your new order as a credit, and then issue a full refund for the original once it is confirmed as lost.
We appreciate your patience, and we are working to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Overcautious for no reason
They put my order on hold just to send a message about the connection between GLP1s & low mood just because I am on an SSRI (despite it already being mentioned in the questionnaire you fill out to get the medication) and the message asked for 0 further information from me, but wouldn’t take the order off hold until I responded. This resulted in my order taking 5 days to arrive whilst my friend who ordered after me received hers in 24 hours. We both paid for Next Day Delivery.
They also are completely uncontactable over weekends.
I’ve used 5 different suppliers and this is the first time a provider hasn’t been seamless. Won’t use again

Unfortunately, it was approved just after our 3pm cut off for same day dispatch, which is why it wasn't sent out until the Monday. We know that isn't ideal, especially when you've paid for Next Day Delivery, and we genuinely apologise for the frustration that caused.
