Very diligent screening and a great 1st purchase promotion price. The only drawback was the inability to send more than one jpeg/screenshot to validate previous prescription, in the end I emailed 3 screenshots so all details could be seen

We can see our team have already been in touch with you via email to get this sorted. Just to confirm, we have sent over a declaration form for you to sign and return so we can formally investigate with Royal Mail.

Within the order in process I found it…
Within the order in process I found it challenging on the basis that when I ordered my prescription and the funds had been taken and then spent the next four days sending and completing the verification process in order for me to obtain my prescription, surely this process should be at the beginning stage prior to taking the funds, but to be fair, you’re call Staff were very good in arranging my prescription, maybe this should be made clear to all that this process needs to be followed after the funds have been taken

Just to explain, we do try to be as transparent as possible about the process on our website before anyone places an order, but we absolutely take your point that it could be clearer. The reason we take payment upfront is to speed things up behind the scenes so that once our clinical team approves your prescription, we can dispatch it straight away with no extra delays.
That said, we always issue a full refund if the treatment isn't suitable, so you are never out of pocket.

They really look after you. I have been quite cross about the amount of weigh ins and photos that I cannot attach and having to do face to face calls but I understand that it's because they don't want a person of no weight to have the jabs. So I would recommend

Ordering is not easy as you have go on the questionnaire every time you order but after that really good service, there was small issue paying it tells you it hasn’t gone through when it has so be aware of that one.

Misleading
When placing an order for Mounjaro the site only asks you to provide your height and weight details and then you add your card info and place the order.
After placing the order, you get an email asking you to provide a lot of proof, like a copy of your passport or drivers license, a copy of your prescription and a full video recording of yourself following some instructions.
All these requirements should be made available WHEN placing the order, not after you've paid.
