We know how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn't go as planned. While our courier's tracking shows an attempt was made, we appreciate that the delay meant your package arrived later than expected, and we're sorry for the inconvenience that caused.

Regarding the packaging, we use sustainable, fully recyclable materials as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact. When transit is extended, these materials can sometimes soften, and ice packs which we include as an added precaution may melt. We understand this doesn't look ideal, and we're actively reviewing ways to improve durability without compromising our sustainability values.

We also want to reassure you that the medication itself remains safe. In April 2026, the MHRA approved updated guidelines allowing Wegovy to be transported at temperatures of up to 30°C for up to 48 hours, so even if the packaging feels warm, the pen remains effective and clinically safe.
