IRC built my site around 3 months ago and I have had plenty of orders to keep me busy.
The price he charged me is very good and I always get top feedback from customers about my website saying it is easy to use and easy on the eye.
The website only took about one week to build and for what I have got out of it, I am super impressed. I have made my money back 100 times over and looking to expand online so will speak to IRC in the near future for SEO work which I am sure will be just as good as the site.
I had an idea to create templates for people selling on eBay. I already knew of Ian in the local area because he did my friends website so I had made my mind up to go with him because of this.
I was very surprised at Ian's attitude towards my idea as I was not sure if it was something that would work.
I have been with him around a year and his support is endless. I have sold hundreds of the templates now and never had a problem. When I ask Ian to update the website he always has it done within a day or two and always charges a reasonable fee. He is always available on his phone if I need him too.
In a nutshell I would recommend Ian to anyone as he is professional, friendly and polite. Nothing is too much for him and he goes to extra mile to help his clients (like me!).

I got a couple of quotes from web designers and IRC came in at the best price and he seemed more friendly and approachable than others. Ian was knowledgeable and explained everything easily and answered (the many) questions I had very well and so I could understand.
He done a mock up before he built the website which was professional and gave me an idea of what he wanted to build. It was excellent and he has a great design eye. He included everything I wanted and asked for, plus more off his own back.
The website has been online two weeks now and I have had a couple of enquiries which is great. I find myself easily on google and with Ian's future help I am sure I will finally have a good online presence.

It was indeed exceptional value for money. The service was excellent. Ian was prompt and extremely professional. He paid attention to detail and is a good listener. He is very creative, I actually smiled and laughed at some of the catch phrases he used to create my website. Ian worked on my skeleton draft and improved it beyond my expectation. I am sure my kind of business is very new to him and some of the names used to describe the products must be very strange to him, but that did not stop him from creating an amazing piece of work with such accuracy. My friends, colleagues and family also feel that the website is user friendly; very simple; straight forward and yet professional such that it rates highly among other reputable sites. The quality of work is amazing and Ian kept to his word regarding time schedule. The most important part of his communication style is the way he checked with me all the way through if I was happy with the progress of work at every stage before the website came alive. Because of how impressed I was, I asked Ian to design some business cards and leaflets for me, once again the work is outstanding and the professionalism exceptional considering the service charge.
