RAC Rescues absolute incompetence led to a three day wait to get my car to a location for one of their mechanics to fix it (the Mobile mechanics were fantastic) after the third day of broken promises eating into my holiday they outsourced it to I rescue, they were there within the hour, lovely chap named Dave rescued the vechile and got ot exactly where it needed to be, would highly recommend
On the 22rd May, An iRescue24.com liveried van was on the motorway towards Farnworth.
The driver looked about 17, black hair and was talking on his phone in his right ear. That driver was weaving in and out of lanes, harassing other motorists to get out of his way by tailgating and putting on the yellow roof lights, as a way to intimidate them ? The manner of his driving was dangerous, and my passenger took pictures of the vehicle after he'd cut me up, causing me to brake hard.
I reported it to iRescue24, expecting them to acknowledge and and to this date, they haven't replied.
That speaks volumes about the standard of management at this company, and in view of their apathy seems that in essence they are condoning their staff to race around on a motorway, in a dangerous reckless manner. Its only a matter of time before that idiot driver causes a fatality. Hindsight, I really should have called the Police, and got it dealt with properly.
