Customer service- I have sent several emails regarding the warranty (I purchased extra 2 years). I completed the warranty online , One of the reps said I would receive confirmation of the warranty. Another Rep said they do not send confirmation . I don't know if the warranty went thru and requested someone to let me know. No response yet.

For the first time in my 40 years of life, I experienced customer service on such a high level. From the very beginning, I only had questions, and the support team answered everything patiently without trying to push me into buying anything.
What impressed me the most was the personal approach. One consultant started helping me, and even when she was off the next day, another team member passed all the details back to her so she could continue guiding me personally. She remembered every detail of my case and was always honest and transparent.
I truly appreciated the human touch in the communication. On top of that, they arranged very fast delivery without charging me extra.

Very disappointed with my experience purchasing from iRestore.
First issue was the surprise duty/customs charges of over $200 with no clear warning during checkout. Other companies usually make these costs obvious upfront or include them in the final price. This was a huge and frustrating surprise after purchasing.
Second, the checkout experience using Shop somehow pulled in my wife’s email and phone number onto my order without me intentionally selecting or entering her information. This created a major issue because the product was meant to be a gift for her. The shipment ended up delayed and held at customs due to conflicting information tied to the order.
What made this worse was the response from support. Instead of properly investigating the issue, I was treated like I didn’t understand how to manage my own data. The concern here is clearly around data sharing/autofill behavior between platforms, and nobody acknowledged that seriously. I still have not received meaningful follow-up.
On top of that, most communications felt focused on upselling instead of actually resolving the problem.
Overall, between the hidden costs, shipping delays, data/privacy concerns, and poor customer service, this turned into a very disappointing experience.

The product is over priced. After having paid for shipping charges there were Unexpected delivery charges were being applied. The discount code had no effect on the price. I was led to believe that the charges were in my home currency and they were not. I called twice to complain about the extra charges and a possible refund for the extra charges. I was told that someone would get back to me, by email in a matter of hours before the day's end. I received lots of promotional offers for more products or more of the same but no response to my complaint. It was nice to speak to a live person who was very understanding but there hasn't been no follow-up from the supervisor as promised. I'm now asking for a full refund, I have not received my product. It is being held by the shipper. I'm told that shipping charges would be deducted from my reimbursement. Considering the product is heavily overpriced, the return shipping charges would be a small consolation to pay. Online I can find the same product for a third of the cost that Irestore charges. I originally bought the product because of the credibility of the podcaster's (Jesse Michael) appeal.

I am not certain that this device does anything. my dermatologist is not convinced either. I feel like it’s a lot of money for a maybe. He counts the hair with a machine and there is barely any improvement. I’ve used it for about 4 months . I’m also on other medications and the improvement has been borderline.

I sent a note to the info email address - three times -about a piece (attachment part) that broke off on the handheld... I never heard back!
Product - like it and works well but how does a basic piece break off only after 18 months of purchasing a $600 product.

Bought an iRestore helmet for young adult son with early hairline recession. He was excited to use it and used it completely as directed for months. Started noticing the so-called "shedding" which turned into causing a serious scalp condition (when none previously existed) and patchy hair loss. Had to see numerous medical professionals as a result. Contacted the company and got the typical scripted answers about the shedding phase, how everyone is different, and how sometimes it can take DOUBLE the amount of time for people. Was offered a bottle of hair thickening shampoo - for what? A bald spot that wasn't there before? I requested specific information about whether the helmet has ever had adverse effects or how to know if our unit was defective. RADIO SILENCE from the company. He took a break as we cleared up the scalp condition, then used it again twice and the scalp condition came back. Obviously, we now know the cause. His hair loss because of all of this has been excessive and worse than ever. We would have been better off having never tried this helmet. My son said the helmet has ruined his life.

Delivery 1 month late. I paid Shipping when bought and then after 45 days or so stuck in customs I pay about $500 USD for handling, extra storage fees, etc. Your people were friendly and ineffective. The suprise $500 cost after already agreeing on price and paying shipping leaves a very sour taste to me. Also, you should not sell to Philippines if you cannt ensure delivery and better manage / explain costs. You should refund the additional $500 shipping fee charged to me.
