As a Physio who specialises in neck pain I know the importance of neck strength, flexibility and control.

The Iron Neck opens up a wide range a strength and stability retraining for the neck and upper quadrant. I particularly like the multi-directional and rotational strengthening possibilities, particularly in the Pro version.

It is a well thought-out and robust piece of kit.

When combined with the OptiNeck Balance Wedge (optineck.com) which optimises neck, shoulder and upper back balance and mobility, it makes for a complete neck movement optimisation and strengthening package.

I've been using Iron Neck for the last year and I've found that my neck pain has reduced when I'm working long hours and my resilience/performance has dramatically improved when I'm boxing or doing BJJ

Great product. A mobile and strong neck is very much undervalued and the Iron Neck is simple and effective in helping achieve that.

As both an end user and Chartered Physiotherapist advising neck rehabilitation strategies, Iron Neck delivers a safe, progressive overload system that is unsurpassed. My own experience in BJJ confirms that’s 3-5 sessions a week are optimal. For patients with TMJ impairments, cervicogenic headaches and cervical pain that relates to movement impairments - it just works. My suggestion - make sure athletes and patients are not sustaining high levels of intramuscular pressure for excessive times. Think about all those poor souls being tortured in gyms during plank exercises getting cramp everywhere! Doing this in the neck muscles can be somewhat problematic. Take home message - safe, effective and the market leader for excellence.

The iron neck has been a game changer for myself, and I use it with athletes and general population that I work with.
As someone who had cervical spine injury break your fracturing C1 over 30 years ago, due to rugby injury. I’ve suffered for many years with a lack of mobility due to no treatment at the time apart from being put in a supportive collar for three months.
After the first session using the iron neck, I managed to work the neck muscles that had become very sticky with a lot of scar tissue and gained mobility within 10 minutes.

The Iron Neck really works the neck, head and back in a way that most other modes of training don’t. It has so many benefits, including conditioning for sports, injury rehab, reduction in pain caused by a sedentary life. Well worth the money for any organisation.

The Iron Neck products are a must have for anyone that wants to optimise their preparation to compete. As a Rugby coach I used the halo to replicate forces from competition whilst players performed functional movements. This definitely gave the players an edge and I’d strongly recommend it to all players and coaches who want to progress in their sport.

Seems I jumped the gun and wrote a review before I made contact to iron neck uk.
Since I made the call, they are sorting out my discrepancies.
There customer service is second to none which is rare these days and I 100% confident we will achieve what I want from iron neck .

Excellent build quality, thoughtfully designed. The Alpha plus is the best neck harness available, in my opinion.

Prompt delivery, well made items.

First time using it, it felt really good. High quality of materials and functionality. Doing the first basic excercises and watching the more advanced ones on videos, really gives the impression that is a unique way to excercise your neck and the whole system so that you can get your rehab and start doing what you like.

Have a herniated disk in my neck which has been extremely difficult to deal with. My therapist suggested using the iron neck pro to start rehab. It is an amazing bit of kit and now will become part of my daily routine to strengthen and support my neck.
Well worth the money.

The delivery was relatively quick. Came a day earlier than expected. The thank you note from the company founder was a nice touch aswell.

As for the product, very comfotable and easily adjustable. I believe it will serve me well in the long term.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered a bundle to help me rehab a niggly injury. Order arrived with a couple of small bits missing, got in touch and not only did they own the problem but made sure to get it fixed and keep me in the loop every step of the way. Could not be happier with the service or the product. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Quick and trackable deliver. Good product.

I ordered 2 weeks ago, i get the tracking number which is Evri number, the app shows the the item is not out for delivery, but they try to deliver it anyway, I'm not in. So i get it redelivered to an Evri shop on the app, this doesn't happen and it gets returned for some reason, during all this I'm have been emailing back and forth to the customer service asking whats going on, as Evri will only allow the sender to ask questions about the deliver.

Ok these things happen, Evri is terrible, fine. So it gets sent out again and I get an email will the below:
"If this parcel is returned to us again, we will cancel the order and refund you minus two delivery costs as we state in our T&Cs." and then send a link to their T&Cs shipping-returns page

So they are trying to say that the failure of their courier is somehow my fault and that if it happens again they will cancel my order and charge me for the shipping, I have responded stating this is ridiculous and that I don't appreciate not only my item being late due to their courier's incompetence but then be threatened.

Unfortunately they seem to be the only people in UK offering neck training equipment like this, the US has the Neck Flex, it seems like the only option, but for an expensive head harness like this, with expensive shipping of £7.20, as a customer, I would expect an apology rather than a threat.
