The device itself is fine but logistics terrible
Maybe you missed the main points. 1. The date of delivery changed 2 times during the shipment and then arrived on neither of the days.
2. UPS knew how much was to be collected for vat and this was never stated until the driver knocks on the door.
I never complained about paying vat… duh
The device itself is fine. The shipping was not so good. I had an iriginal date of Wednesday Jany 12, then No date for delivery,,, then Jan 19 then no date, then the courrier came on the 17th also with a request of 1209€ for customs which was not pre-advised. So.. the ever shifting date and no real idea when they would arrive is one thing. I buy MANY things onliine which come from all over the world and have not had to pay customs to import the product myselfg. That indicates to me that you have not figured out the whole picture about this business and shipping.... or maybe due to brexit, having this based in UK was not the best approach. Im not happy about not being advised there would be an additional €120 for a prouct which I already paid a very high price for.
The device itsenf is great but thank god I hope never to have to buy another.

We clearly state in the product page that all prices are excluding VAT, we also clearly state https://iron-neck.co.uk/pages/shipping-returns that all taxes and duty is the responsibility of you the customer. We don't hide anything, its there for you to see. We have sold over 500 Units into Europe from the UK and all customer have paid their Taxes to UPS with zero problem.

Very quick results. Massive improvements in my very sore neck
Life changing for me. Ive been suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck for a year and tried everything. My results improved and were very quick once I started using the iron neck.
Also reduced my chiropractor bills a lot.
I just wish they had a referral or repeat client program so I could upgrade a little easier.

Great for neck rehab
So far it's definitely hitting muscles I didn't know existed, with customer service I had a query about the product and thought they ignored me (I cant find emails regarding the issue, maybe I provided the wrong email?) But they have responded here so clearly they do care, I will email again and go from there. Cheers

Good Morning Joe. I think you will find we have replied to all emails with suggestions, including removing the pad all together and also to make sure you have deflated the airfit bladder at the end of each session. The thinnest pad that comes with the unit is good for the majority of the population with a larger head, including myself.

Bought the iron neck varsity
Bought the iron neck varsity. Was looking forward to getting going with it it buy I noticed straight away that there was too much friction with it. I know there's meant to be a bit of friction but this was just ridiculous, was trying the right to left exercise and it kept getting stuck instead of sliding and actually hurt my neck. I emailed about this and asked wasvit normal, got one email babk and wad asked to send video, emailed back to ask what number was I to send video and hsvevheard nothing since. Very disappointing.

The varsity does have a set amount of friction, this is made clear on the website and can be too much for some people, this is why we have the Starter and Pro Bundles to offer zero or variable resistance.
