Great website and great service from Iron Strength!
I've been looking for a good set of dumbbells for a while and their selection as well as their promotional offers made this purchase an easy decision.
Delivery was fast and in just a few days, the product was at my door.

Do not order from this company. I am waiting for a refund 4 months now. Nobody replies on my emails, they do not pick up the phone and SO unreliable.
Very very poor costumer service.

This is my second review as my last was going to be remedied by customer service and i have now been ghosted, don't waste your time buy elsewhere!!

disgusting company, this is a scam, do not place orders. i have been waiting for a credit or my goods for 3 months and have had nothing but rubbish replies and nothing has arrived along with knowone answering the phones.

promised my delivery within 2 weeks. After 5 weeks they hadn't come and no message and no contact. They haven't answered the phone for weeks. They said via email after chasing 10 times that i would get a refund within 5 days. It's now been 5 weeks and i've chased daily. no one replies. they are scam artists. whatever you do don't buy from them

It's a shame so many people like myself didn't check Trustpilot before ordering because it's clear from the reviews that this company is entirely fraudulent and no goods ordered will ever arrive. I am lucky in that I paid on my credit card, so my bank will dispute and refund me, but I hope the watchdog closes down the website asap!

Wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. Ordered a body pump weighs set for guaranteed delivery within 2 weeks, that was almost 3 months ago. I’ll be reporting fraud & going to my bank for advice.

This company has nothing to offer except empty promised, excuse and lies. To top that they will happily take your money with no intention of supply your order or refunding your hard earned money.

I like so many others have been waiting months for my order, I've emailed and spoken to someone twice to request a refund after a 2 month wait....I was told 10 days for a refund, that never happened.

Save you money, save your time and frustration....find a reputable company.
The owners of this are nothing more than light fingered thieves.

Purchased weight plates from them 2 months ago and hadn’t heard anything from them in a month. Contacted them 3 times only to be given the BS excuse of courier problems. This pathetic “company” is run by thieves. I went through my bank and got my money back. STAY AWAY.

I ordered £115 worth of weights last October and they have never arrived. No response to emails or repetative attempts to call. Its theft. I wish I had read Trustpilot before I ordered.

Do not purchase anything from iron strength! I ordered £400 worth of weights and they never arrived, I have contacted and rang them numerous times and they will not reply or answer my calls. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

My son purchased £105 worth of equipment that hasn't arrived, we have been fobbed off every time we get through to them. No help, total rip off. Please don't make the same mistake as we have. Read reviews first and don't purchase anything from this so called company.

TOTAL SCAM. If I could give them zero I would. Save your money. Your goods will never arrive. Jan 10th i placed my order still no sign of it. They lie constantly.

I have now contacted my credit card company & testing standards plus reported them to watchdog & rogue traders. They deserve to be shut down & prosecuted

Don’t trust. Bought a squat rack months ago and no sign. Reading all previous reviews I’m just going to my credit card as requesting a refund is clearly a pointless exercise. Never come across such a corrupt company

Three months and I haven't received my order. If you phone them they just lie outright.

UPDATE: Had to do a reverse charge via my bank, nothing ever came. Do not use this company...

I have ordered a £1668.49 cross trainer machine from you on 12th November 2020. We have received a text a message of confirmation for equipment ordered.

I have seen message from you by email and by text such as:

*Please contact us at 0330 124 9136 at your earliest convenience.
*It typically takes around 5-8 business days for our orders to arrive,
but it could take up to 15 business days. *You should receive your
package between Tuesday November 24th and Friday December 4th.

We received several messages of delay over the Christmas period. I have sent you 4 email messages in response , phoned you numerous amounts of time and have had no reply from your company.

I have never experienced this kind of service from any company in my life.

We want our refund back immediately or we are thinking now to get in touch with Office of Fair Trading and Companies House because this doesn’t seem to be normal practice for online companies.

This is not the way to treat customers or withhold their money for refunds.

We would appreciate you contact us ASAP - our order number is 2972.

I'm STILL WAITING for the rest of my order 3 MONTHS later! I ordered a package of plates on 27th December, consisting of 2x15kg, 4x1.25kg and 8x2.5kg. I received just the 2x15kg then waited around a month with back and forth emails, most of them lies, to then be told that the company that manufactures my plates had none, so was sent a different set of plates, which I only received 4x2.5 and 4x1.25. I'm STILL WAITING on 4x2.5. Even after a phonecall 3 weeks ago stating they will be sent out ASAP! THEN sent another email 2 weeks ago to be told they will be sent out within 14 working days....WILL I EVER RECIEVE THE REST OF MY ORDER 4609?!

WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT SOMTHING FROM!!!!
