I had shopped around for weight plates for my barbell and Iron Strength was the most cost effective I had found for the quality of the products. I would recommend them to anyone, fast delivery, fantastic value and good quality.

I would ignore any 5* rating and the company is a scam. My son purchased weights with his birthday money back in January at a cost of £150. The company spun excuses for nearly 3 months until a refund was requested. This was to be refunded in 10 days and guess what? No refund and no answer on the phones..

I ordered some fractional Olympic plates to help my training. The items were delivered within 5 working days and are of great quality. Communication was great. I received an email confirming the order and an email to say it was dispatched the day before delivery

Very happy with the service. The bumper plates weren’t the best quality but the delivery was super quick and great value for money compared to other competitors! Would definitely recommend iron strength

as others I would give a minus rating. ordered plates that did not arrive, asked where they where to be told just wait another two weeks, still nothing. cancelled and demanded a refund, told to wait 10 working days but the money did not arrive back in my account. went through by bank for chargeback. the bank refunded the money but iron strength have 60 days to appeal...lets see if they try. have complained to trading standards.

Ordered back in January, still not received anything. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered twice from Iron Strength recently. I have purchased a squat rack and bumper plates, both arrived extremely quickly and the prices are great!
I will definitely order more items in the future, great quality too.

A few months back I would have given them 1 star due to no delivery or response to emails. I remained polite and consistent with emailing them. I received a phone call and can honestly say how apologetic, polite and helpful Adam was to me. He went over and above sorting my delivery. I was a little sceptical to order again, but I did, twice more, and the deliveries are coming within the week! They deserve a chance as they have improved their site and communication and been honest of what is in/out of stock. I’m currently waiting for Olympic bar to come back in stock so I can order it asap.

I tried to get a refund for an item that was had a wait time of a few months but was marked in stock. After several emails all I received was racial abuse over the phone

Not sure why all the negative reviews, I actually had a pleasant experience. Ordered 2 weight plates, only one turned up. I called them and got through straight away, they apologised and advised me they had been posted separately. The 2nd one arrived the next day. Absolutely fine and the person I spoke to was helpful and polite. Also, 2*5kg weight plates for £30 is pretty good price.

Order 1882 - still no refund for an unfulfilled order back in Nov 2020. Crazy right?

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. Purchased a product and they delivered something that looked already used and absolutely nothing resembling the product ordered. They sent Tuffnells to collect product nearly 3 weeks ago now still no refund. They won't answer phones and haven't replied to at least 5 emails. Have instructed my bank to investigate. Absolute shocking company

Very fast service and great prices. I found a lot of great fitness products for my home gym and customer service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I placed an order for 2 dumbells in mid-February and received no feedback as to an estimated delivery date. After chasing them in early March, they told me my item was going to be dispatched. I received a tracking number which turned out to be invalid. I chased them again in mid-March and they told me the item had already been delivered! I told them I had not received anything and they said they would look into it for me. After getting nowhere for several weeks on calls with their support team, I requested a refund.
I have since got no confirmation they will ever refund me so have instructed my bank to investigate them. They are a total joke and their operation is clearly a scam. Do not order from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SENT THE WRONG ITEM AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. TERRIBLE.
