Bought the Ascend version, was delivered next day as promised but there was a problem with cable resistance. After a short email explaining this it was replaced within 2 days, the original one picked up at the same time. It is a fantastic machine, so quiet and well built. Bench very sturdy too. Customer service also fantastic.

Excellent piece of equipment! Love it!!

Only improvement I would suggest is enhancing the app with more exercises, there's so much more that can be done with this, for example side bends, incline bench press and fly, seated wrist curls etc etc, which aren't in the app. Having these expanded on would allow users to plan routines better and use the app, which links to the equipment directly, much more effectively

Quite a good experience.
I have had the Ascend for 2 weeks already, and I really enjoy it. But you must get the wall equipment if you want to work your upper body. If you have the space, also try to get the bench, but you can do it without it.
It feels quite sturdy and a bit heavy. Also, they respond to all my emails within 24 hours.

Delivered on time. The quality of the equipment is excellent. Far exceeded my expectations. The accompanying app works brilliantly as well.

Items arrived in great time, 1 box containing the pulleys went missing but this was resolved by their customer service team. The unit itself is incredibly heavy and well made ( lifting handles would amazing) was a struggle to get it upstairs but now its insitu its a fantastic piece of kit, still learning how to use it. My only niggle would be the app. Its not very user friendly and has no search function i can find. Apart from that its a game changer having 150kg of resistance in such a small footprint.

The customer service has been great and the product is fantastic. Ellie is very quick to reply to emails and very helpful. I have the ascend and the resistance is smooth just like a cable machine at the gym. I did find the speaker voice a little loud but a little tape over the speakers fixed that problem. I would highly recommend this product.

Bench is far too heavy and difficult to secure on platform for bench presses.

I have the Ironlift Apex gym along with the bench initially some delivery issues by the couriers but Ironlift customer service was very good. I have used my gym a few times now it’s very smooth I only using standard mode currently, this feels harder than free weights.

I like the fact I can hide my gym behind my sofa propped up against the wall, I just place in front of my tv then I’m off it’s great! Speakers are good bench is good but can be annoying setting up to trap bench, but overall I like the setup it’s made me enjoy weight training again!

This Iron Lift gym is an absolute game changer. I do my lifting at home so no more getting out weights & bars, swapping weight plates, getting all the kit out in the evening so it’s all set up for my 6am start & then putting it all away afterwards. I purchased the Ascend version with the adjustable bench. The bench takes 60 seconds to unfold & set up with the Ascend, there are no lifts/exercises that this doesn’t do, it’s smooth, the digital weight adjustment saves loads of time & I can’t rave about this enough. I wish I’d bought this years ago.

Iron Lift has completely levelled up my home training. The cable system runs smooth, tension feels consistent throughout the movement and the bench is super solid even when lifting heavy.

You can run proper push, pull and leg sessions without missing anything. For the space it takes up, it replaces multiple machines. Proper bit of kit.

Highly recommend if you want serious training at home.

I like the Iron Lift Essentials set up so far , seem like great quality . The app is useful for me too .

The overall build quality and simplicity of use is great - really enjoying using it daily.

I love it, the app integration and smart handles are brilliant. Feel very positive about using it long-term.

I bought the lighter Iron Lift machine because it has the ability to be mounted on the wall. I absolutely love this Machine. Suddenly I can lift at home and do almost everything that weights in the gym can do, better than when I had free dumbbells at home. It looks amazing as well and stores on the wall so no space taken up. This is seriously impressive. Thanks. I got the bench as well, amazing quality, a bit heavy for me but still definitely moveable and useable (hoping the workouts will make this easier after a few weeks!)

What absolutely super service from Ellie and the company. I had so many questions and each one was answered within 24 hours. As to the Ascend itself, perfect. Ok, not being in the best of health, I’m even struggling with no resistance but this is where my health and fitness journey starts. The Ascend meets and goes above my needs so I have a bright future away from the free weights of the past. Thank you.
