After attending an in-person demonstration with Pedro at Westfield London I was left thoroughly impressed. Pedro did a great job explaining the features and functionality of the Gym Monster 2. There was absolutely no sales pressure and you’re allowed to get full use of the machine to try different features so you can really understand how it will work for you. Upon returning home I placed my order. The communication from Speediance explained that it would likely take 2-4 days for delivery to be arranged. Within 3 days I received a shipping confirmation but at this point did not receive an assigned delivery date. A few more days passed and I hadn’t been contacted so I sent an email to Speediance customer service to check on expected delivery date. Karlene responded to me quickly and was very helpful, explaining that the local shipper to my area in west Wales should be in touch within the day (which they did as promised). Delivery was setup for the very next day making the time from the day I placed the order to delivery to my house a total of 8 days (6 business days). I chose kerbside delivery and the machine arrived as promised from a friendly gentle who was super accommodating, patient and helpful. From there my son and I unpackaged the machine and used the cardboard from the box to create a smooth surface in which to roll it from the end of my drive to the house. It is quite heavy so using the wheels made it much easier and safer than lifting.

The machine was even more impressive once in my house. It comes 95% pre-assembled, the setup was easy and mostly involves unpacking the accessories, plugging the machine in and downloading a firmware update. From there you are up and running and ready to start training. I was blown away by the size of the exercise library and the variety of options. In order to get a good feel for the functions I chose a fat burning workout series. I’m glad I did because it was really helpful in helping me understand how to move the pulleys between the different positions and which types of handles to use depending on the exercise type. The machine is robust and feels solid and well constructed. The platform is surprisingly super soft, with some exercises requiring kneeling and lying on the surface this is very much appreciated. I consider myself pretty familiar with strength training but in just a few days I have already encountered multiple new exercises I have never seen and I’m really excited to discover more.

Speediance has built a game changing machine that actually makes you excited to work out. It’s worth every penny and I am so glad I decided to purchase one. It’s one of my favorite purchases in years and one that I will get full value from. I can’t recommend enough!

I’ve had the GymMonster2 for 3 months now, very impressed with the machine! I was worried initially as 100kg max weight didn’t sound enough but it’s more than enough as feels heavier than traditional weight with the different modes. There have been some software annoyances but the team are constantly updating to improve the user experience and handle issues quickly. 100% recommend. It’s not cheap by any standards but in my opinion worth the money.

Fantastic pre-sales experience. Marco was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through the app and the equipment. Explained how often the app gets updated and new features are added. We discussed some options, and he put together a link for the order for me. Will update as soon as everything arrives.

I organised a demo of the Gym Monster 2 and was shown the user interface, but not the machine itself, but you can see that elsewhere online.

Delivery was pretty quick - about a week from order to delivery at the door. It was pretty quickly to set up and get started. Six months of ownership since then, and my wife and I both use it five times a week, and my kids use it too.

We couldn’t be happier and are in the best shape of our lives. The software is sometimes a little creaky, but Speediance support are always quick to respond and are really helpful.

So glad we bought our machine and look forward to many more years of training.

I received my Gym Monster 2 in early January 2026 and I’ve not stopped using it yet.

What an awesome bit of kit. I’ve been following a 12 week (4x per week) training programme built into the UI - and I’ve already started to see some real gains. My upper body is starting to see real muscle gains.

The beauty of the GM2 is that - as a 50 year old novice who has never weight trained - it tells me what to do and the instructor led exercises are simple to follow along. So you don’t get stuck and are guided.

I found that I train for much longer than I ever had and can’t wait to get back on it the following day.

I had a zoom with marco from Speediance he was very professional and lovely. I was needing a little guidance to navigate my gym monster 2 and he helped me within minutes. I’m using it daily now and love it.

Contacted the company via WhatsApp and was advised by Roberto C. The customer service I received from Roberto was excellent and lead me to order the Gym Monster 2 family plus. Will review the equipment when up and running but wanted thank Roberto for such a great service.

Purchased a GM2 machine in Oct 2024, this machine never fails to impress and my fitness levels have never been better.
I am 53 and eventually got tired of going to the gym and waiting for the various machines to become free and for a 1 hour gym session running into 1.5 hours.
with this machine it works every part of your body and I have the convenience of a quicker work out.
with the guided tuition and I am also seeing much better results.
I have contacted Speediance a couple of times with queries, which have been answered promptly and extremely positively.
the personnel at Speediance are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
I cannot speak highly enough of Speediance and look forward to any further attachments or accessories they are planning to role out to compliment the GM2 machine.

my questions very quickly and provided lots of useful information. I am just making a final decision about the purchase now.

Marco was very friendly and helpful in demo we scheduled together, He answered all our questions and gave us some tips, openly speaking about pros and cons.

He then helped me set up an invoice and shipping all arranged quickly and with no trouble at all. Great experiance and couldn't have asked for more. Now looking forward to my Monster 2 arriving soon.

Ordered a Gym Monster 2.0 online at a discounted price plus received a £200 accessories voucher. When trying to redeem the voucher the shipping charge was coming up incorrectly. A quick WhatsApp message to Roberto C sorted things out in minutes and he even gave me advice which helped me save a bit more money. Great customer service.

However, the smart body scales arrived promptly but were not that smart, they always read 25% higher than they should. The WhatsApp customer service is only for presales not post sales, still waiting to see what the email service department will do to resolve the issue but at more than £150 for the product, at the moment I couldn’t recommend.

I was hesitant about spending so much money on a price of equipment, but I figured by health is worth it.

Ordering the Gym Monster 2 was very simple, just like anything else you buy online, however the delivery experience could have been very different. Thankfully everything went as smooth as can be.
I ordered the unit on a Friday, on the Monday I received a phonecall from Speediance asking when I was free for delivery and the unit was delivered on the Wednesday within the time frame specified. It couldn't have been any better.
I only paid for kerbside delivery, so I had to get the unit into my house. It's very heavy and cumbersome, but I managed. If you aren't already reasonably strong, get some help, or pay the extra for the 2 man delivery.
The unit is very well packed and arrives on a pallet, so be prepared for a lot of packaging to dispose of!

Once unboxed, the unit needs no assembly, only the flat bench needed the legs bolted on. So it's incredibly quick to get going.
The first turn on and set up of the device is also incredibly simple. Sometimes these things can have you going in circles trying to connect with various accounts, but not this time, I just inputted my email and password from the account is already set up in the speediance app, and everything synced up immediately.
Within minutes I was starting my first workout!

Using the machine is pretty intuitive, you can select from pre made guided workouts, where a trainer guides you through each movement and set. Or you can use the free weight mode to just do your own workout.
Part of the reason for me buying this was, I was not particularly experienced in all the lifting movements and correct form, so having a huge library of movements, with a video and written explanation was exactly what I needed.
My wife was also very pleased that there is a extensive Pilates and yoga selection, so it's not all about lifting weights, the unit can also help you with stretching and overall body health.

My only complaints with the unit are some connectivity issues with my various Bluetooth heart rate straps and watches. Often they won't connect at all, or drop connection mid way through a workout.
The lack of integration for popular fitness apps and devices like Garmin. I use Garmin for everything and it would be great to have speediance link with garmin connect to properly track all my lifts. As it stands, I have to start a strength workout on my watch and manually input all my movements, sets and weights which is a pain.

Id also like to see a better scheduling system. You can start a program that will assign certain workouts for a certain day, however if you need to miss a day, there is no way to move the scheduled workout or postpone it. I failed my first program, because I missed two days due to illness. Even though I completed all the assigned workouts on a different day, it didn't recognise that I had. A simple drag and drop a workout to a different day would solve this.

Thankfully speediance seems to listen to it's users and frequently update the unit with new and improved features. Already since my short ownership, they have improved the strength assessment after user feedback, and I've been informed that direct Bluetooth phone connectivity is coming soon, so you can use your device as a giant Bluetooth speaker, another very popular request.

Overall, I'm very happy with the device. It's encouraged me to start working out frequently, and with the unit in my house I have no excuse not to, it's so convenient and easy to use. There are also many challenges within the device to help motivate you further, and a very popular Facebook group for users to encourage eachother and show their progress.
The support staff are active on Facebook and often run giveaways and prizes for users, so it feels like you have joined a community that cares, rather than just a machine you buy and never deal with the company again.

If you care about your health and fitness, and are looking for a comprehensive gym machine that doesn't just do weights, but also hiit, cardio, pilates, yoga and more, then the Gym Monster 2 is the obvious choice to go for.
