Good quality item but I had to take a guess that the diameter of the item was right since none was given in the details of the product in the web site. Turned out to be too big in diameter for my chair leg, even though caster size and overall height are correct. Delivery seems to have taken a while

Ordered item on Thursday - item still has not arrived. Have e-mailed company - no response yet!

It took several phonecalls to receive confirmation of my order, and when the item arrived it was unusable due to poor workmanship and also missing the fixings. I am still awaiting a reply to my email requesting a return address.

The product was excellent and exactly what we required.

We have not yet received this item and apart from knowing it has been shipped, have had no communication whatsoever. Please address this issue asap.

I ordered some very expensive lights in October 2023, they were very badly made, rusty and with paint falling off. I sent them back for a refund and am still waiting for my money back. Every time I phone they promise I will be 'paid today'. Scheisters

We are so pleased with the dedicated service and beautiful craftmanship of Ironmongery World! We would recommend them highly. Our entryway now has a very lovely showpiece to welcome all guests! We are beyond thrilled, and installation was very quick and simple. Our daughter arrived during it, and she was so impressed with our new, lovely addition! Our expectations were met and far exceeded by Ironmongery World!

Either totally incompetent or complete scammers.
I have been ripped off by them, had to escalate to PayPal. Avoid or fall victim.

Avoid this bunch of scammers. I was a victim between July and September 2023. Their ironmongery looks good in their LIFTED PICS, but dont touch it - and dont give them your money or bank details.

Avoid at all costs.
Same experience as other people.
Ordered goods for next day delivery.
A week later not arrived.
Kept promising goods but not forthcoming.
Asked for money back after a month with no goods.
Said they have processed a refund.
Not had money back.

Great quality products. What I ordered initially wasn't a good match but customer service happily arranged an exchange for me despite it being outside of the return window due to delays with our builders.

Only ordered 3 needed 4. Customer service replied following day to my need for an extra one and sent free of charge. Arrived next day. All latches and fixtures perfect. Same product twice as much on Etsy. Will definitely be ordering again !

Do not buy from these frauds. They took my money for a product they no longer stock and only admitted to this after I chased because the delivery was late. Now they say it takes 10 days to credit back my money. They are taking money for products they don’t stock and even charging for delivery. Avoid these thieves at all costs. Plenty of other operators.

Nice antique brass drawer pulls, quickly delivered, communicated all the way. Can't fault them.
