Just like everyone else so did I get socks, their support has answered a lot but just given endless excuses and I have had some fun messing around with them. Reported it to my banks and the police, waiting to see what will happen.
Their company is said to be located in England, to ship from the US and still the clocks aka socks were shipped from China to which they did not have an answer for why.
If you want a pack of five socks at a very expensive price go ahead, you will not receive the watch or money back.
Got socks instead
In the beginning of January I ordered smartwatch with earphones. Surprisingly, got tracking from mainland China and after just over 2 weeks got a box with 5 pairs of socks. The size fits! I wanted to contact the store but my router already marks the website as "scam" and had to add it to exclusions list. After one week from my initial email, I got a reply stating they had problems shipping my package and asking whether I could provide some details. I made some photos and replied. The last sign of life from their side was that they will resend me the smartwatch. I have made a complaint to my bank and they charged me back the full cost, so at least I have some business socks for free ;)
