I would 100% recommend isafe, I needed a new boiler and within a week I had a consultation and new boiler fitted . James and the rest of the guys are very personable nothing is too much trouble for them but they also maintain a high degree of professionalism .I would have no qualms about using their services in the future,

I recently had my boiler installed by Isafegas, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. The team was professional and efficient, and they left the work area spotless once the job was completed. Even after a week of use, the boiler is performing perfectly, a true testament to the quality of their work.

Initially had a boiler service by iSafe, which the engineer noticed a few problems. He showed me the issues, what was possibly causing them and why it had failed its service. After discussing, the engineer offered a cheaper alternative of trying fixes - informing me that they MIGHT work but not guaranteed - very honest. I decided to just install a new boiler instead of messing around trying to fix it. iSafe fitted the new boiler, out within a few days and no issues on installation. new boiler is now running better than ever, didn't realise how bad the old one was.

From the first phone call on the Sunday james came out on the Tuesday gave me a quote then arranged for the boiler to be installed on the Wednesday on the Wednesday george came out on time at about 8.30 boiler was fitted by about three o'clock everything was left spotless everything was explained what a brilliant service would highly recommend

I contacted isafe gas through a social media website and was contacted the very same day by james to see what I needed ..he was out in no time to give me all the info I needed and was very knowledgeable and guided me to what I needed.
We got the paperwork done and boom!! before I knew it the job was done
They got me in earlier as there was a cancellation and stevie who done the job on his own in half a day was brilliant ...fast, clean and efficient and very knowledgeable

Brilliant company to deal with. James was fantastic provided a detailed quote and explained the whole boiler replacement process. Great price. Installation day went without a hitch. Everything James promised happened. Engineer who did the installation was great worked hard and kept me up to date with what he was doing. Extremely happy and would recommend isafe gas.

Just had the Isafe engineer in to service my boiler. Pat was very nice and pleasant too, clean and efficient just like it was when I had it fitted a year ago. I can’t recommend this company enough. I have to say it’s 10 out of 10 from me.

Had a very positive experience with this company from first contact with Imran to James then George and his team who installed a boiler and 2 new radiators. The advice regarding boiler and radiators exactly right. Whole process efficient, professional and competatively priced. Was kept informed at every stage. George explained how to work the boiler well at the end of a long day for him. Installers very tidy. Would absolutely recommend this company based on our experience.

I was very pleased with the service from this company. They were very professional from sales to the engineer. They took the time to explain all details of the new boiler and its installation. Once installed the engineer talked me through the process he had completed from pipes through to how the boiler worked. He advised me in detail on how to use the thermostat.The old boiler and debris was also removed. I would recommend this company for it’s efficiency, reliability and being professional.

Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable team of guys. From an 8.15am knock on the door, everything was completed by 3.15pm, with no fuss and no mess. Highly recommend.
