I called this company for assistance when my boiler stopped working. They were very polite on the phone but asked if I was thinking about a new boiler. I advised I had call to have my boiler repaired. The boiler person arrived at my home 4 hours later and spent about 20 minutes reviewing my boiler. I was in the other room. He then told me I needed a new boiler as there were three faults which would be costly. I said no and I would like a second opinion. He said that was my right and was visibly angry with my response. He hurriedly screwed the boiler cover back on the boiler and packed his tools away. I waited till he finished. I felt extremely uncomfortable in my home. He remained angry and no further word passes between us. I am a widow and I live on by myself. I was so glad when I closed the door behind him. My boiler was fixed the next day by a local company and didn’t have any of the issues highlighted by this person. I have registered a complaint but still to hear from the company. Be careful.

The team involved were all very knowledgeable and efficient in organising a boiler and fit within a few days. I was very lucky. Clean workmanship and great follow up customer service. Highly recommended.

I had a DIY-aster leaving me with leaked radiators on one of the coldest days of the year. I sent a message on Sunday morning hoping that somebody would contact me on Monday. To my surprise, I got an almost instant response. Following the message, I got a phone call confirming my booking for the next day. The person on the phone was extremely friendly, polite, and empathetic.
The next day, somebody arrived and completed the job effortlessly. He was equally polite and professional.
The price was very reasonable too. (Before contacting them, I received a call from a local company that was less than 5 miles away, asking for £99 upfront plus £175 after completion. ) whilst iSafe is 27 miles away from my home and still, they were 70% cheaper
There are a lot of businesses that try to take advantage of emergencies and there are companies like iSafe who treat you like a human.
Kudos to the entire team. You keep the humanity alive in this day and age.

Contacted iSafe for a boiler repair during Christmas and New year and they were out the same day.
They provided a temporary fix and advised costs for my aging boiler. I asked for a quote for a new boiler, also got one from another company, iSafe provided the best value and customer service.
My new boiler was fitted 5th January, so quick and efficient! Cannot recommend them enough, dealt with Jim and Scott who were very friendly and professional.

My experience of iSafe began with James visit. We discussed what was needed and my options. They were able to fit me in before Christmas. On day of the work Stevie & co did all the work in a day - new boiler, gas pipes and cleaning radiators. Work done they cleaned up after them. The whole experience was nice and easy with no dramas. Very happy.

Our boiler broke just before Christmas. After messaging many companies they were the first one to get back to us and could come out sooner than all others. They then did next day installation despite it being a busy Christmas period.

Hi there I had a new boiler fitted today 27th December, the to guys that came out were very good n made no mess at all they showed me how to work the boiler n how to use the hive thermostat, I’m so happy with my new boiler, I also would like to say the sales manager James was the nicest person n explained everything on picking a new boiler, I’d say he should get 10 star rating. Our old gas boiler was leaking and there was also a leak in the flue pipe. The repairs would have been very expensive so we opted to get a new boiler and flue pipe. iSafe's prices were very competitive and they arranged to come back a few days later. The engineer arrived promptly. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly. iSafe also set up an easy payment plan to spread the cost over 3 years.

Amazing job from the iSafe team. Matthew on the phone was very helpful, even although they were fully booked for home visits that week, he phoned me back within a few seconds after finding out that we have no heating or hot water.
Sales manager James helped with choosing correct boiler for our house. Installation was flawless, guys resolved our issue with condenser pipe and gave us all the required information about boiler.
Very happy with the service and can highly recommend this company.

They even cleaned and tidy up the aftermath.

New Viessman boiler fitted by Isafe gas on 2/11/23 very happy with Isafe. Initial survey & quote carried out by James in a very professional manner, detailed survey, process explained, technical info provided & written quote on the spot (3 other contractors quoted by text,verbal & very basic written) not very professional or reassuring but Isafe were on the ball. Install carried out by Viessman approved install team George & Sean (father & son) arrived early and on planned day, tidy workmen & very pleasant manner which was reassuring. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Isafe to anyone else & will happily use again in future. Many thanks to the whole Isafe team.
