I ordered a mezuzah with a scroll
I ordered a mezuzah with a scroll. I received a mezuzah only, no scroll. I disputed the charge with my credit card company by showing what Israel Cart published on their website, and they contacted Israel Cart, who said they never advertised that a scroll was included. I went back to the website to prove them wrong, and they REMOVED this item, along with the bad review I left. These people are thieves!

Having spent over $300.00 and never receiving my purchase can only let me add very bad experience. I have asked Israel-cart to look into the matter several times and am still waiting for feedback or my money back! Won't be dealing with them any time soon--but would like an answer from them!

Great way to get excellent Israeli product in US
Easy to order, fast delivery. The product price is much higher compared to buying in Israel, yet it's great to have an option to have these excellent products available in the US. All products are fresh and far from their expiration date. One issue - the shipment box was old and smelled of cigarette smoke, please take this into consideration, since it spoils the experience. Other than that I mark this service excellent and would order again

Not delivered to desired location!
I was notified that the package would be delivered to a pickup location of my choice, a choice I reconfirmed. I prefer this as I share a mailing address with another person. The package was of a personal nature, and delivered to the regular mailbox. The other person saw that it was actually from Ali Express and opened it, assuming it was for him. I would NOT have ordered had I known it was actually Ali Express for this reason. Will never buy from you again.
