Amazing customer service

I ordered for the first time from this website.
I received the package very fast.
But I got a different one from what I ordered.
I have to say, the costumer service was unbelievable.
Immediately they shipped the right product.
Of course I received that very fast as well.
without extra charges and they told me to keep the one that I got in the first shipment, the one that they sent by mistake.
I'm definitely gonna buy again from them.

When you order during COVID-19

I ordered during COVID-19 and got the best costumer service. My item was incorrect and they were able to send out the correct one but it still hasn’t arrived. I’m still waiting because I trust that it will come. But if it doesn’t come I’ll send them an email. They’re very great at responses. ☺️

Very poor the quality of the package: only a simply pluriball enveloppe!
Lost money and, of course, cancelled the e-seller totally unrealiable .
