I used to be able to call Israel Pharm. Someone would answer the phone. They were so good orders were always easy to get. I never wanted signature required so I put the form in the mailbox like I was told but this time with this last order I did that same thing and the carrier said because it was coming overseas. It needed a signature thank God I was home. No one ever answers the phone when you call Israel Pharm, and now I’m having trouble getting one of my medication’s from you and no one is following up with me to let me know when you’re getting it back in stock if you are. Very unsatisfied customer.

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the signature requirement. As our shipments are sent internationally, USPS generally requires a signature upon delivery. While we can submit a request to waive this and provide a form for you to leave in your mailbox, as you did, the final decision remains at the carrier’s discretion, and they may still require a signature at delivery.
I’m also sorry that we missed your call and that our communication regarding your medication’s stock status was not clear. We understand how frustrating that must be. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to provide an update and assist with any remaining questions.

I played telephone tag for a while before I could talk to a person. (Omitting Passover, when I had plenty of warning that they’d be closed.) But everyone was very polite and helpful when I actually got to talk to a human, instead of leaving messages.

It was very easy
It was very easy. I emailed in the prescription and then waited for my RX. It came quicker than I thought. The price was better than I could find from any pharmacy in the US.
