It was much more efficient when I was able to reach Saul by phone about year ago.

I called the NJ office several times
I called the NJ office several times. Never got a person, until the third or fourth call. I was surprised that the two items I ordered arrived separately. However, both arrived within the predicted time frame and are working well for me, so I’m happy.
