I so love my beautiful turquoise ottoman! It’s such an unusual colour, I couldn’t believe it was such a good match when it arrived! It looks really plush. After sales service was excellent too. I would heartily recommend them!

We bought a matching footstool/storage box and pillow cushion combo, and thought they were both excellent. On top of that, the seller was incredibly communicative and helpful, in the way that you don't find outline too frequently. Offered to change the size of the cushion covers, due to our slightly smaller cushions, and turned around the order very quickly. Really great

Incredible service. I WhatsApp them to confirm order of my samples which they were very responsive within minutes. Samples arrived a few days later, I then put in an order and received my istool 4 days later. Communication and service was excellent not to mention my istool product is made of great quality fabric and craftsmanship. Would highly recommend

Item took longer than expected and was damaged when arrived. Initially they were slow to respond but then offered a full refund. I’m overall satisfied with the service and would consider buying again

We ordered a Chesterfield living room storage footstool. This company is a delight to deal with. Our footstool arrived when promised. It is beautifully made and a grest addition to our living room. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Istools again. Thank you.

Misuse of Facebook Marketplace purporting to sell items at prices to lure people to your website when you had no intention of selling at this price.
Very misleading post.

Don't buy from this company you don't get it delivered! Ordered footstool as I must admit they look amazing, was told via email it's on it way then again week after etc etc I then opened a dispute via PayPal they responded with close the case and we will send the item but I wasn't prepared to close it as I didn't trust it would arrive they then provided tracking info for dpd but when tracking dpd were waiting for the item from them so here we are no item and still waiting for money back honestly don't bother these are a waste of time I've found one the same online I waited 4 days and it's perfect

I asked for a bespoke footstool made to a special size and the team were super helpful in accomodating my request and giving me advice too. The product arrived a couple of weeks later and the quality and craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. Great company. I couldn't be happier.

Really really disappointed that this order was never shipped .

I made my order 30/01/24. Got an email 2 weeks later to say they hadn’t begun making it but I would be updated soon. Didn’t hear anything for another two weeks so I called and texted the number numerous times with no response. I emailed on 27/02/24 to ask for them to cancel the order as no updates received, I didn’t get a response . Not u til I emailed again on 12/03/24 and got an email saying they would give me a £15 discount and ship the item within 7days. I heard nothing and decided to request an order cancellation again on 24/03/24. They confirmed cancellation request on the same day.

By the looks of all their reviews it seems IStools have had processing and delivery issues for years now. It’s definitely something they have had time to rectify but have failed to invest in. It makes me think they simply don’t care.

I myself don’t mind long delivery times, I understand challenges arise and the stools are handmade. But the lack of communication and transparency just gave me anxiety. I was starting to feel like they scammed me. If they had been honest and realistic about processing times I wouldn’t have minded. I was very patient with them and they still failed to deliver.

If you want items within 2 months I wouldn’t recommend buying from here !!

UPDATE : Reply to IStool “response”

Please! Do not try and insinuate that you stopped the production / processing of my order due to my lack of response to your email. This is misleading!

12/2 I received the first communication from you/IStool since my order on the 30/1, as stated in my original review this was two weeks after my order date. In your email dated 12/2 you said :

“Hope your well, just a quick email to inform you that there is a delay with the order until the 25th of this month.……
We do apologise for any delays but we can assure you soon as he returns your item is arranged to produce immediately .”

This did not call for a response, there was no call to action or request to confirm if I wished to proceed. DO NOT imply that because of this lack of response my order was not being processed .

Further to this, you reply on Trustpilot says :

“…when we attempted to communicate again to resolve the issue, there was no response…”

YOU ARE LYING -
I sent 2 further emails one on 27/2 and got NO RESPONSE and the other on 12/03 asking to cancel my order. You responded on 12/03 saying :

“Apologies that there have been no updates, our upholsterer that hand makes this product was unavailable due to illness, but is now back with us and we should be able to dispatch your item within the next 7 days.”

Again there was no need to acknowledge receipt of this email. Despite this, nothing from youse 7days later or 10 days later which is when I sent my 4th and final request to cancel my order.

You should have just apologised for this inconvenient and stressful process rather than try to mask your failures with lies. It’s a shame trustpilot doesn’t support the attachment of pictures and screenshots.

I was looking to have one of their storage ottomans delivered fast so I called to check if this would be possible. The process from ordering to receiving the delivery took less than 72hrs and the service was excellent from start to finish.
The Ottoman I ordered is in a slate grey velvet and has some good weight to it, excellent value for money.

Awful. Would never order from them again. Made my order 2nd Feb, initially communication was okay via email, gave me a delivery day however wouldn't give me a tracking number.

Delivery day has come and gone with no delivery. Suddenly zero response from istools. I have no idea if I'm even going to get my order. Every email I've sent I've made sure to include all the details to not slow down support but that doesn't help when you can't even get a response.

The product itself is amazing. Fabric quality is great, so clear and the colours are vibrant. Unique designs. For that reason I will order from them again.

As others have said their communication is poor. Supplier issues led to a lengthy delay in my order.

They did respond to emails promptly, but they would have a much better score with the other reviewers if they were proactive instead of waiting for customers to reach out after getting frustrated.

This is my second purchase from iStools. I love the pink footstool in my daughter’s bedroom, so we decided to buy another one for my lounge, in the new updated premium fabric. Absolutely love the embroidery and workmanship. Lots of complements from family and friends. Updates on delivery and communication via the WhatsApp service was reassuringly helpful.
