These products are complete crap in quality....like cheap Chinese knockoffs....we will have to buy new ones after 1 year of use...this company refused to replace under warranty...

Clunky website
I have recently specified three bathrooms from HR, although i have yet to buy anything from HR personally; as an interior specifier the website is clunky and could do with a major overhaul. Images without technical drawings is just frustrating. Links from head office that don't work infuriating. It take four times as long to specify HR products. Good price point, but weighed up against my time it ends up cheaper to use something more expensive as it's a quicker specifying job.!

Great customer service
I ordered two radiators and they are exactly what I wanted. One arrived a few days later (shipping in Italy rarely goes smoothly) and I was concerned but the person that my emails went to always responded promptly.

Terrible Courier & Goods are not protected in the box.
I love the look and quality of Hudson Reed products but was left very disappointed with my recent order. The company advertises that they deliver in Italy within 6-10 days. After 18 days, I contacted customer service and was told that the courier had called me numerous times. The courier never did. After 2 more weeks of back and forth emails, of calling the courier only to be hung up on, the delivery was finally delivered nearly 1 month after it was due. On the day of delivery, the courier tried to bail out of the delivery stating his truck was too large to fit down my street. It was not. The courier company they use (Fercam) is terrible and has horrible customer reviews. After the products were delivered, our builders returned from their holidays and found that the cistern was broken inside the box. There is no padding or protection, simply porcelain wrapped in cardboard. This is very disappointing considering the cost of the goods and waiting so long for delivery.

Don’t trust stock levels
Although my order was accepted, the item was not in stock. I have since had to order a different version and am stuck with parts from my previous order as charges are levied for returns.
Stock management system needs an overhaul!!

As I’d forgotten to order the cistern I rang my cousin to ring them as I couldn’t ring from England and I immediately got a phone call back. The query was sorted immediately ordered the cistern 5 days later in italy. I can honestly say it was easy and very convenient fo not want to waste holidays looking around!!! Thank you Hudson Reed for simply making it work!!! My country home in italy is coming together nicely. Thank you
