I recently purchased a costume bikini and everything went well (as usual).
I have been shopping on Privalia for several years and have never had a negative experience.
Only a couple of times have I returned items due to a change of heart and, without difficulty, I received a refund.
In another case, however, the package was lost and I automatically received a refund of the purchase charge.
Personally, I have always found Privalia to have excellent service, assistance and quality.
I HOPE THEY NEVER CHANGE !!!!!!

Ho recentemente acquistato un costume ed è andato tutto per il meglio (come al solito).
Effettuo acquisti su Privalia da diversi anni e non ho mai avuto esperienze negative.
Solo un paio di volte ho effettuato resi per mio ripensamento e, senza difficoltà, ho ricevuto il rimborso.
In un altro caso invece, il pacco è andato smarrito ed ho ricevuto in automatico il rimborso dell'addebito di acquisto.
Personalmente ho sempre trovato in Privalia un ottimo servizio, assistenza e qualità.
SPERO NON CAMBINO MAI !!!!!!

The shipping was terrible
The shipping was terrible! 5 of the items I bought and paid for arrived totally broker. The box was too big for them. I’m attendibg for the next order, a furniture peace and hope everything will be okay. As long as the delivery cost are really high I pretend a good service.

I like Privalia but…..
I like Privalia for the large quantity of items of various brands, but the shipping cost is too high. Surely if shipping cost less I would make more purchases.

Nice idea, but too many costs and too much nonsense
Privalia let me know buy products that I wouldn’t buy in shops if they were not discounted. However, the shipping costs are high and if the size is wrong, you cannot change, you have to return what you like and renounce to it , that is not nice. Moreover, they are not sensitive to the needs of the customer. For example, once I made two orders the same day for products of the same group, just because I forgot to order an item. I asked them to join the orders. They said me no and I had to pay shipping cost twice

Il like Privalia but...
Il like that Privalia have lot of product.
But the shipping cost is very high, the return cost is very very high.
Very often I give up buying because of the crazy shipping and return costs.
Should be given the opportunity to do multi brand in one order.
As for clothing, size descriptions are often not very accurate

Once again, Privalia delivers the wrong articles.
I had given up after several previous problems with deliveries and wrong items, but I decided to give it another try after having received a phone call 2 weeks ago from their customer service. This call came after more than 2 months of my complaint.
I saw an offer for a Brooks Brothers suit 100% wool, size 46.
I bought it. They delivered quite quickly, but instead of the suit I bought, I got:1 jacket size 48 of another brand and different material, on pair of unmatched pants size 54, without any visible brand.
The products seemed old, like the second choice of a second-class outlet store.
Privalia\Veepee have fooled me more than once.. But no more.
Buy at your own risk.

in 2025 even with big order you have to pay a very high delivery parcel. plus the return is not free...this is very unusual politics that keep me spend less or even don't buy from this platform. most time I choose other place to buy. because 13 euro for shippping is too much

Wide range of products
Privalia offers a wide range of products, though brands rotate but are more or less always the same. Shipment is sometimes slow and timing isn't always respected (cost of delivery is also a bit high) but overall the app is great!

Products are always good quality ones and delivery times are almost always respected.
The only improvement I'd like you to make is in the shipment status page: most of the times I get the goods when they still seem not to be shipped according to the app or website page.

Privalia offers a lot of products for several sectors.
What I dislike is the cost of delivery usually quite high and, for some products, it could be the delivery takes 15-20 days.
Obviously delivery costs and delivery time are public, so you know this in advance. But if they would improve this, they could become the best outlet site I know in Italy.
