Very good products and delivery. Cannot be general, the service depends on brands in this case i ordered Sergent Mayor and took only a few days. Generally speaking i can tell that the selected brands are excellent, wish sometimes that could be more items because if you are not a premium user you can’t find products available.

Exellent service
I recently bought some new Zara clothes from the app, I can just say that everything was perfect. The delivery was done in a drop-off point next to me, quick amd easy. The best delivery was the bathroom cabinet, that arrived directly home in a month, just a phone call to arrange the date. Only flaw: I would jusk ask more time to keep my cart saved, so I can see more products doing one single transaction.

I love this App
I actually love this App. I've been using It for years. No way I could afford so much of the brands I like at retail prices. For Who complains for the delivery times, It Is Just because of how these promotions work. When the promo ends, they order what they collected to the maker.

I have been buying through Privalia for ages.
Recently it has become even more comfortable because I have a delivery point just in front of my flat.
Generally speaking, sometimes the time between the purchase and the delivery is a bit long, I would like to know it before buying. I don't especially like the "Return" area as I do not find it cheap and it seems to me a bit messy.
Anyway it is a good site, correct and precise, one of my favourites.

the experience with Privalia Italy is good, nothing wrong to say. The only problem is the time to receive the product and the shipping price that is too high. in the 2025 you canno't ask to pay 6Euro for the shipping and you have to wait 3 o more week to receive it.

I bought many products on Privalia, it is a good website to buy products at affordable prices.
The negative side is that Privalia does not pay the return of a product, costs are on customers, and you have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive the products.
