The experience was wonderful
The experience was wonderful. The only issue was when reading the ticket, I understood the departure time, was actually the arrival time! So we missed our train and had to purchase the tickets again at a much higher rate. Oh well some experiences in traveling are better than others.

The prepaid tickets I purchased online were stolen from our room in Rome along with my phone. I went to your office in Termini and told them what happened. The agent tried finding the tickets on his computer but could not find them using my name or my son's name so we had to buy new tickets
