Overall, cheap and quick delivery
Was dubious at first due to the lower price but delivery was quick and painless.
Only downside is there is less communication after the order than other places but this was not an issue.

Quest 2:Cheaper than anywhere else
Bought the Quest 2 at the best rate I've seen, was skeptical as I have not seen it this cheap anywhere else, I received the package slightly later than expected however for the price I cannot complain.

A slightly reticent company
Ordered item and paid extra for fast delivery. Itechs confirmed order. I then heard nothing for the next two weeks, despite my sending three emails (there is no telephone contact details). Finally (as I became more and more concearned) I complained to Paypal, who contacted Itechs, who then refunded my money.

I ordered the Oculus VR headset for my son. It’s never arrived nor are customer service answering my emails
I ordered the Oculus VR headset for my son’s birthday on 5th June. Despite taking payment and writing 2 messages to their customer service team, I have received no update or response - so I’m now considering how I get my money back. No telephone number I can find to actually speak to anyone and then I get this automated trust pilot email asking for feedback- so for the first time in my life, I’ve decided to leave one!
I am happy to update this review if either my ordered product arrives or customer service let me know what’s going on!
Shameful… especially when I’m having to explain to my son that his main birthday present hasn’t arrived yet.
