All good, salesperson knew what he was talking about, arranged for delivery within the week. Arrived on time without any problems. Works beautifully. Currently setting it up to support multiple power points in the house via a switch in the mainboard.

I bought a generator in Perth only to find out that it was coming from Queensland when they had a generator in Perth. Then after three weeks the lithium battery failed. So I had to buy a motorbike battery.
Absolutely shit service

Scamners. Sent me a used solar panel purchased from itechworld website. Covered in stains. No included manual, cord or clips.
Interestingly enough, it won't allow me to post a review on itechworlds site directly. Which is probably why the reviews are so high. Very dodgy. Won't be back.

I had to do my first warranty claim and was not sure what to expect, I was meet with very helpful staff. Especially Michael in the service department. A very easy process with no problems. Good work ITechworld.

Follow up on product inquiry delivery

I recently visited iTechworld in Forrestdale and purchased the RB3.5 petrol generator and a lithium car jump power bank and I'm very happy with both products. The generator is light weight and really quiet, I can barely hear it running outside with the door cracked open for the extension lead into the home.

I was very appreciative of the service provided from sales through Liam at Burswood initially, and then the help given from Beau and Kevin at Forrrestdale helping me set up the generator for the first time and running through all its functions.

I always like supporting Australian businesses where I can and knowing that their products are made here in Australia to the highest safety and quality standards gave me piece of mind when deciding to shop with them.

Back up service is brillant. Bought a complete ute pack 18 months ago and hadn't had a chance to instal it until last weekend. One item was missing a couple of wires. Once I had rang support had them on their way within the day.

The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that I was lacking information about the progress of the delivery. That was quite disturbing. The article is quite expensive.

The man I spoke with on the phone to organise the sale sounded so unprofessional and gave me incorrect bank information for the sale. I didn't want to pay the money, because I thought he was a scammer. I did some research and tried ringing to talked to someone else who sorted it out. I did purchase it, and it was sent via Fed Ex who were given incorrect details for me and were unable to contact me. It took several more phone calls to them to locate them and for me to receive my products worth thousands of dollars. I haven't set it up yet, but it would have to be world class to make all the trouble worthwhile.

Very fast and promt service in preparing and sending my orders that I have had with them to date. Products I have so far purchased from you have been flawless and work to and exceeded my expectations. A very big thanks too you all there,keep up the excellent work.

Excellent products and after sales service is second to none.

PS800 arrived dead on arrival. They made immediate arrangements for its return. They fixed it and it's working great. Sure, I would have preferred this didn't occur but they rectified it.

Purchased a couple of items over a month ago at the Melbourne caravan & camping show to complete my 12v set in my canopy.
Its been more than a month so i thought i would touch base with itech to get an eta. I sent 2 emails before i got a response. They eventually replied to my email to say they would look into it.
Its now been 6 days since that email again with no follow up to let me know whats happening. The worst part is i purchased these 2 items on the same day at the same time and only 1 part was delivered, 6 weeks later im still waiting on the other half of my delivery.
Itech's follow up sales service below average..... itech's delivery times below average. Lets hope their product is better than there customer service.
