I have never had such amazing customer service like this from a brand before. I bought a dress at the last minute, but just enough time that it should arrive a few days before my event. For some reason my tracking was not updating up until the point it arrived to my city, so already I’m emailing and freaking out a little bit wondering when my dress would ship. Not only does Milla customer service respond within MINUTES, but they dealt with my annoying self emailing twice a day just to make sure it would arrive on time. They were diligent and even offered to make arrangements in case my order was not out for delivery. To my surprise, that very day my order arrived!!!! I was so pleased. And on top of that, this is the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. It fits like a glove and is so comfortable! I am one happy bride-to-be! 😍 I love you Milla!! And I will 100% be back for more! (and I’ve learned my lesson- don’t wait until the last minute!)

reliable company, everything was done quickly and within the promised timeframe. The cut of the dress and corset fit perfectly, the corset does not fall down when you move, the fabric is of very good quality and it is sewn to the highest standard, using the best materials.

Timely shipping but expensive duties!
The dress shipped pretty quickly to me in the US considering it was being shipped internationally. The only downside is that you have to pay pretty massive duties on shipments, so even if you end up returning, you will have quite a hefty chunk that is non refundable... Luckily I love my dress, so I don't need to worry about that!

Difficult return experience
I rarely write bad reviews, but this time it is called for. I ordered a corset based on the online measurements and it came way too small. Really good quality tho. I wanted to return it and that's when problems started. In order to have my order delivered I had to pay $33 shipping fee. For the return they make it almost impossible for you! You have to email them, receive an endless list of tasks to do BEFORE shipping your return. All that and YOU PAY for the return as well. So all in all I lost $45 simply by ordering and returning an item.

Milla has beautiful dresses, but my experience with delivery and returns was frustrating. Delivery took longer than expected, and the prices are higher compared to other brands. Additionally, customs fees and return policies make exchanges more complicated. Other brands offer faster shipping, free exchanges, and sometimes better value for money.
Overall, the dresses are lovely, but the ordering experience could be improved.
