Best downloader out there! Bought life-time access some years ago. Had to reinstall my windows now and customer service responded quickly to reset my account. Would buy it any time again. It's so worth the value!! I would give it at least 6 ****** I can only recommend it to everyone.

Customer Support is A-1 for me
I've had two issues with my software of my own making and both times, the support of the product has been very good and efficient in helping get the product back up and running. This is one of the best support groups I have dealt with and well worth the cost of the product.

Customer support is the best I've seen…
Customer support is the best I've seen in any industry. I accidently deleted the entire directory and did a fresh install thus eliminating the registration key. Within hours I had an email correcting the problem.
Another time their website link was not working for me and I was given a direct download, again, within hours.
The app. itself is an outstanding value for all the features it offers and updates are regular.

I bought what used to be the “pro” version and now it’s updated to where I’ve only got the standard lifetime version and I need to buy it again to download premium videos. It’s a pretty huge scam and I had no idea I’d be paying twice as much after 6 months after already purchasing the lifetime version.

It's really good software and their support is refreshingly fantastic..
I've been using the software for a few years now and it's one of the best of its kind. My license is for one computer and I had an issue where I ended up migrating the system a couple times in a short amount of time, swapping motherboards and CPU's etc. it was a nightmare, but it led to my license exceeding the limit, even though it is technically just the one desk. I explained to them in few words what happened and the issue was resolved overnight. Not only is it great software that gets the updates it needs to keep functional, which is needed with this type of software, but they actually take care of their customers, which is not so common with this type of software. I am very impressed with their support. Don't hesitate to buy it. It is more than worth it and they are proving to be a trustworthy company.
