And the support has been really good the two times when I have had some issues

I faced issue with register the product after an accidentally unistallation wthout unregister before. My code had been reset within a few hours and i could register it again. Great support.

Thus us a product that delivers. I've used it for years. I recently encountered a problem after U had to reset my computer. One email sent to support and the prob;em was solved. Great customer service.

Bought iTubeGo 5 years ago. Fantastic downloader, regular updates to fix reported bugs. The best thing is it's customer service, less tha 12 hours reply and very helpful. I'm based in the UK and around £30 for 1 PC lifetime license is money well spent. Keep up the good work.

I use the program daily and am very happy with it. Recently, I had to replace my PC because the old one was broken. I logged out of iTubego on the old computer, but could not register the license on the new computer.

I contacted support, and in a short amount of time, they had reset the license so I could register it on my new computer.

That is service.....

I give just four stars because every time you have to install the software from zero (you uninstall it inadvertently or you had just to reinstall Windows), you must contact the support because they count each installation as another computer, and the license you got is just for one PC so, you'll not be able to activate it without their assistance (they have to reset something)
Should be so easy for the first installation load a log file to their server with the hardware config and the related customer purchasing data (1Kb of file? Maybe 2?), Microsoft did it ages ago, so this feature is not unreal, very easy for anyone that will save time and patience!

There is nothing to complain about regarding their video downloading but their customer service is very bad. I recently paid $79 (CAD) for their Pro version. They sent me the license key but I accidentally deleted it before activating it. I have asked them to send it back to me many times, but they are telling me to activate it in other ways but they are not sending me the license key again. Due to this, I am unable to activate it. Also, I have not been sent the confirmation email for the $79 payment. The $79 I paid has gone to waste.

I know this company now for a long time and I made always best experience with them. If you have a software problem it takes not long and iTubeGo will fixed it! For that from me five stars+ !

I had issues with the app a while back and my worse nightmare was getting someone to talk to me. I had no other option than writing a review back then to get the team's attention. I expected the same this time when I had issues with my Musify app and I responded to a previous thread in my inbox, to my surprise, I not only got a reply but I was also offered a new account to get the job done while the team fixes the original error (Musify was not downloading Spotify, I was given a new login for iTubeGo to get the job done). Though, iTubeGo only converts one file at a time but it worked. 5 Star to the team.
