I'd actually give this site a zero if possible. Really, after all the negative feedback they still can't sort it out.

Worst app I’ve ever experienced!! Same s… another day! Won’t load blah blah blah….

This has been going on since they changed it to the new app. Sort it out ITV!!!!😡

Itvx should be called itvx adverts and a bit of tv, total rubbish.

Another live England game another ITV fcuk up. Clearly those responsible for allocating broadcast rights give zero fcuks about quality broadcast, as ITV would never get another game again! Hey ITV fcuk you!

Whilst there are so great programmes to watch the app is useless. It doesn't work on my TV at all. On my iPad it works but wont allow me to download. It also buffers a lot despite good signal. I pay for premium and want to cancel my subscription but it will not allow me. My next payment is due next week so I have tried stopping it through my bank. Do not Subscribe as you do not receive the service you are buying and may like me, have difficulty stopping the monthly payment.

Absolutely awful. I just stopped watching it for months. Surely they want people to watch their programs. It’s shockingly bad. We are trying to watch passenger it keeps buffering and skipping to the start now isn’t playing at all. What is the point for this god damn app when it doesn’t work.

What went wrong, good question.🤣🤣 Was this internet player set up by a chimpanzee? It buffers for no reason at all. Nasty habit of just stopping for no reason which then requires a total restart. It deserves a zero star rating.

Over the past few years I have tried EVERY streaming app at one time or another and this is the Worst one by a country mile. Won’t be using it anymore, it’s just an abysmal endlessly frustrating experience. Sorry ITV but this attempt to offer a catch up service is pathetically bad. Lesson is if you can’t watch it linear write it off.
You’d think that something as brilliant as BBC IPlayer was available they’d make more effort to copy it wouldn’t you ?

If i could give itv x no stars i would, it's the worst app i've ever used, slow, buffering, doesn't respond, awful and not fit for purpose. No other app is as bad, terrible.

ITV listen to your potential viewers and get with the times.

Adverts every 10 minutes is just an obscene way to treat viewers, clearly trying to force customers to sign up for a paid service that just doesn't have the content to justify the fees.

Awful awful awful. More adverts watching a program through this format than watching live on ITV. So many adverts you lose the will to live watching and interest in the program. Yes I know I can pay £60 Pa to watch it advert free but that’s too much. Less adverts or equivalent adverts to watching on itv live tv would be better. ITV completely misjudging the new viewing public and watching habits, they will need to improve their proposition if they want to survive the competition

Absolutely shocking I got told to delete the app and reinstall it…. Guess what? Yep it’s still crap you would have thought it would have been sorted out by now 👎👎👎👎👎

Apart from soaps which are dropped to make way for football the itv hub is rubbish, there is nothing to watch except repeats.
What happened to prime weekend tv?
You are getting your money in from advertising so why aren’t you investing into production ?

Of all the apps I have to stream programmes and films ITV player is the worst! I try to avoid watching anything on it when I can. Poor. Poor. Poor! Get with the programme ITV and do some tech and sort it out!

Rubbish. Plays for a while then error codes. Cant play the programme but always plays the adds.

For a company who depends on its app for revenue, it’s baffling how bad it is. Tried it on my smart tv plus firestick and it’s the worst streaming app I have ever used. Glitches all the time, freezes, slow buffering, really bad UX and UI, doesn’t show if you’ve watched the episode or not, and crashes all the time. Definitely will cancel my premium subscription.

Why don't they have dedicated channels on ITV and BBC a like for just SPORT.
Because I have had it up to here with sport this Summer 2024. there were so many programmes took off air including the News so they could show SPORT.
Totally unfair !!!.
