Once a great service

Once a great service, show and place to purchase, it's just another place to face discrimination, ignorance over a a pot of cream.
I've been a customer for over 20+yrs and every time I rang to order recently they simply said I COULDN'T (no explanation) - RING BACK (10 Times). I purchased last just 6mths ago with no problems!! (really confused?) I had to ask for a supervisor for an explanation) then they instantly found my account and placed the order. Avoid this headache, they just repeatedly insulted me and played dumb. There's the actual seller if you like the product, this middle man - ruined my long weekend. My family and I won't be back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would avoid this website. Put an order in and no confirmation was sent. Questioned it and they told order was not successfully transferred. They could not tell me why. The transaction however was still on my credit card. I told them this and they told me to contact my credit card company to fix up. Took no responsability. The item suddenly was out of stock and then 3 days later was in stock again. Really poor customer service. I will NEVER be buying from again!!!

TVSN are thieves

TVSN and SPLENDIDO GOLD have just refused to exchange or refund a gold bracelet that I paid $1200 for.
It was HOLLOW
It dented and split within 2 months of receiving and TVSN claims I misused the jewellery.
Further more I have just found out the the 2.5 grams of gold is only worth $292.
This is disgusting
NEVER BUY FROM TVSN
THEY ARE THIEVES

I've been a loyal customer for several years. It's been hit and miss the whole time. I was fortunate enough to have time and energy to try and resolve issues but now I've almost given up. The sizing charts they use are so inconsistent and unreliable compared to all other online retailers I've used. This goes across everything .... shoes and clothes. They use the same models all the time. The presenters seem to have intimate relationships with them and the producers too... it's weird. Just today 23.02.26 they had a beautiful gown draped over their regular skinny woman promoting it for larger women.... and the host was carrying on about clothes being too big for her. Anyway, I'm disappointed. I won't go into detail about trying to return anything! Let's just say I've donated many tagged and brand items to thrift stores to avoid dealing with tvsn bs.

For prospective buyers... be ready to take it or leave with these buffoons

Disappointing Experience with a Tefal Dual Induction Cooktop Purchase by TVSN

In the second week of February 2026, I purchased a Tefal Dual Induction Cooktop through TVSN. Given that Tefal is widely recognised as a reputable French manufacturer of high-quality European kitchen appliances, I expected a product that reflected the brand’s established standards of excellence.

Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.

Upon receiving the parcel and opening the box, it became immediately apparent that the induction cooktop was not factory new. The unit showed visible signs of prior use, including noticeable marks and deep rubbing scratches on its surface. The condition strongly suggested that the item had previously been purchased, used, and returned by another customer.

I promptly contacted TVSN to report the issue. While customer service advised that I could return the item, the process itself has proven inconvenient and burdensome. As a person living with a disability, repacking the appliance, transporting it to an Australia Post outlet, and arranging registered return postage presents considerable difficulty. Beyond the physical inconvenience, the situation also means enduring an extended period without a functioning cooking appliance while waiting for a replacement to be dispatched.

It is deeply disappointing that a product advertised and sold as new appears to have been previously used. Consumers purchasing branded appliances—particularly from a company with Tefal’s reputation—reasonably expect quality assurance and proper inspection before dispatch.

While I hope the replacement will meet the expected standard, this experience has unfortunately diminished my confidence in the retailer’s quality control processes.

Worst Online Experience Ever

Placed an order 31/1/26 for an item just over $1k. Phoned them 3/2/26 to ascertain status because I’d received no updates. Offshore call centre staff cannot deviate from their scripts. I was informed they’d been trying to contact me for verification of an order for that amount. I had NOT received email or phone call. I followed the request and submitted verification document. 4/2/26 phoned to confirm document received and get update. Couldn’t tell me anything except that I’d be notified when verification was finalized. 5/2/26 phoned again. Same script. Asked to speak with supervisor/manager. Told my matter had been escalated and someone would phone me back. Call back by supervisor done hours later who said she couldn’t understand what the hold up had been. She would investigate and call back. 6/2/26 phoned again because I hadn’t received a call back. Told they had been trying to contact me. Again, NO email ir phone call. They couldn’t say when item would be shipped. I told operator to cancel order. She said that wasn’t an option so I said I’d cancel the payment. Contacted PayPal to cancel payment. They said the merchant had cancelled the order 3/2/26. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Before anyone buys anything from TVSN please check all reviews! I purchased a food processor they were advertising with 2 Lt bawl both glass and stainless steel also 2Lt jug , they sent the mini size which is useless! I when I rang to discuss the issue they wouldn’t believe me, they’re disgusted firm I have ever dealt with! Never believe what they advertise because you’ll end up with something totally different! And there’s no way you’re going to get a decent reply from them!! Please!!! Please NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE PEOPLE!!! 😡😡😡😡

Questionable company

I ordered and paid for a $700 product online and next day received a phone call requesting me to email some proof as to where I live and who I am! I've never had this before, even after higher $ purchases. When asked what State the caller was in, I was told they were offshore. I can't trust this company.

I have been buying from TVSN for over 12 years & been very happy with every purchase. The skincare products are wonderful & work & the shoes Django & Juliet & handbags from Serenade are beautiful.

TVSN has clearance sometimes on designer jewellery & I have bought 15 rings & been very impressed with the quality of the gemstones & price

I totally trust TVSN & I love the fact that they have models who are 45 + to model the clothes

You get to see the clothes on models live & it helps me decide if it would suit me

TVSN has many wonderful items at affordable prices & I will continue to purchase from them as they have never let me down & you can read customer reviews on products if you are interested in a product & they also put in bad reviews from customers as well so you can see what other TVSN customers think of the product

Overall TVSN is my favourite site to shop from especially fashion, skincare, high quality jewellery & I often buy Christmas presents for family & friends here & they love them

We purchased a virtual gift card and…

We purchased a virtual gift card and the amount has already been deducted from our bank account, yet your help desk claims it hasn’t been paid. We’ve now spent over 30 minutes on hold, and we can’t even give my mum her birthday gift because of this issue.
We have an order number, so clearly the payment went through. This has been a complete waste of time. My mum has been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, it’s honestly hard to stay. Terrible service I won’t be removing this feedback until I either get a gift card or full $100 refund.

I had a phillips coffee machine it only worked for 3 months. it took me nearly 3 weeks to arrange to sent it back tvsn gave me the run around.went to the post office couldn't send it they arranged a courier stayed home all day no one come. according to tvsn they come 2 days but no one told me I was out finally they picked it up. very bad service from tvsn and they closed my account.

Good until recently

By & large a happy customer for 10 years. However, they have recently changed their postal service provider and I am reluctant to purchase from them again. If parcels are not delivered to my door, I expect them to be delivered close to where I live, not requiring a car to travel to an unknown area to retrieve my parcel.

worse service ever. After returning my jacket as it didnt fit I waited 30 days with no contact even though I rang to enquire about the refund. Finally I contacted paypal only to find out they refused my refund as the security tag wasnt on garment. It did not have any tags on it. Im used to returns I know whats required. They wont budge on the matter and refuse to refund. Never will I shop with TVSN again!!!

Absolutely Dreadful Lack Of Service

The worst service of any online stores anywhere in the world. The phone staff are rude, arrogant, obnoxious and clearly have absolutely no regard or respect for customers. When trying to lodge a compliant they say a manager will call back, we have waited all day and when we have checked they are short tempered, abrupt, blunt and abusive with us for wanting to register a complaint. The phone staff talk over the top of people and are extremely difficult to deal with. We will NEVER purchase from TVSN EVER again.

I'm so disappointed with TVSN

I'm so disappointed with TVSN. I am platinum for life customer. When ever I ordered beauty products I am being charged 7.95 postage for each item! My level used to get me 4.95 for each item. The postage cost is making it to expensive to purchase from them. If you order multiple items, each one is now a separate order with separate order #. It takes to long to get an invoice from them these days. Who is organizing accounts because they're hopeless. Give me back my discounted postage privileges.

Please don't bother shopping with TVSN - I am a long-term customer and platinum for life - yet when I have rang them for an update on a purchase as it has not been delivered, I received poor service. I ordered this product on Kitchen Day 18th Sep, and today is the 1st Oct (I have also followed up four times via a call to customer service). When I wanted to escalate the call and talk to a manager - I get told we can't transfer you to anyone as that is not the process - poor service and I expected better from TVSN - at least a communication on about what is going on.

This is a terrible company that prays…

This is a terrible company that prays on vulnerable women. All of the hosts ingratiate themselves with the viewers, by referring to them as 'ladies' and 'girls' - which is also kind of sexist, considering they may also have some male viewers. But they make it easy for people to throw away their money, with 4 easy payments, and they let people run up concurrent purchases with this kind of payment scheme -- without considering that the buyer might be like a problem gambler, and putting themselves into thousands of dollars of debt. They are not community minded, you do not see the person face-to-face - which is part of their success; they are not a bricks and mortar shop, and they do not build meaningful relationship with their customers, like shopkeepers in real life do, which would then give them a chance to see and realise that their customer is a vulnerable person, like an old lady in her 80s, and should be treated with care, and not allowed to run up a whole lot of debt on a credit card.
