I replied to a friend who shared a post by her Rep. for a free sample. Said I would try it. Instead she signed me up for a monthly service without explaining to me the this was a contract. I did agree to try the slimming gummies for one month and gave her my cc info. I contacted the Rep after I got the 2nd bottle and said I wasn't expecting a monthly subscription. She tried to talk me into more product. I never did get the free samples and that was blamed on the mail. She said she was under pressure due to her husband committing suicide. Ok, I feel for her, but mine did too and I never took advantage of another because I was a widow with a small child. She would not or could not fix the problem for me and I needed to call customer service myself and return them to the mail myself. Lots of extra work put upon me for a product I didn't want or subscribe to. Oh, and I didn't lose any weight either even after taking the 2nd bottle.

I tried the thermofightx and this was the worst experience of my life all the product does is give you horrible stomach cramps. I even stopped taking the product for a while and I took one today and got so sick stomach cramps feel like my insides are going to blow up. This is the worst side effect. Just awful. The worst part is that you can’t cancel for 3 months so now I am stuck with 4 bottles of this junk. Awful product don’t buy it.

So happy I read these reviews before I wasted my money. Their customer service sounds atrocious. Has anyone researched them on Better Business Bureau site? A business should not be allowed to operate like this.

I ordered from Amanda Buescher.I ordered 2 bottles for 3 months and asked her on November 22,2022 if she could please cancel all future orders for me. She replied yes she would. Well I got charged today 81. for another month. When I contacted her she said it was my problem she would do nothing to help me get my money back and she did not appreciate me being negative to her…..she said she would cancel all future orders for me on November 22,2022 no mention of me needing to do anything else. I would like to know how to get my money back as this product did nothing to help me….

Do not order from them. I had an allergic reaction to the gummie or thermofit x and i only took it 2 days and they will not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered products from a rep and never received the order. Got an email that my 2nd order was shipping but never received the 1st order. Rep blamed it on the shipping company. So I told rep to cancel everything and she said she couldn't cancel my order because I already paid for it so she has my original order sent again and to this day never received that and in the meantime she sent a free thing to me and never received that. So in the meantime I haven't received 3 shipments. The rep was useless blaming everything on the shipping company. No I blame It Works for not taking care of their customers! So I haven't tried your products and got totally scammed out of money so very frustrated.

Waste of my money. Tried doing 4 a day. Nothing. Very disappointed.

I’m so grateful for these reviews. I was thinking of getting a couple of items from it works. I checked the reviews because I had a feeling that the distributor I was speaking with gave me false info. She said their products were all natural. I finally found a list of ingredients in a couple of their products and while they do have some natural ingredients, they also have synthetic ingredients in both of the products I was looking at.

Unbelievable I was told I would get a discount every month and be put on autoship for a one time fee and then next month rolls around no supply. I was told by distribution I was not put on autoship and I have to place my orders manually. Now I lost my money on first order. And the seller got me. This is all a hoax to be honest I work hard for my money and if you have people promoting your product stand by your promotions and do what we pay for.. leaving us without products is bad business period!!

I was contacted by Mandy through my Facebook page. Which she had engaged me to be her friend and I excepted. Mandy told me about the product and that it works and all I needed to do is take as directed. After explaining the fee which she said would be a great deal was $70 and then when it was time to purchase the price went up to $157. Yet, she sold me on the subscription. After taking them for a couple of weeks I started having headaches. Not knowing it was the product at the time. Continues until I had 4 left and and had been getting headaches off and on. I never get headaches unless hung over and I have not drink alcohol like that for years. Because I was getting low and had not received a new batch I stopped taking them. I noticed after a number of days my headaches went away. When I decided to take the last 4 I got a headache shortly after and knew then it was the gummies. Oh and forgot to tell you she sold me some ice coffee packed that kept me on the toilet three some times four times a day. I would recommend finding out what is in their products and talk to your doctor before taking anything from them. I am sharing my experience because when I asked to stop my subscription because I was getting sick and having frequent stools which were all abnormal for me all I got was sorry can offer you different stuff to take. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ naw I will pass. So they ran my card early for November because they saw I contacted Pay Pal for a refund and stopping the subscription. I think is shady. Not sure what their agenda is but it does not make me feel well nor did I ever see any results from taking it. Nope nothing! Just thought I would share my story and hope it helps someone else.

It's not the same as their name,although they call "It Works!".I bought the coffee on this site and after more than a week of waiting,I got it.The quality is far from what I expected,I have two bags I want to return.But the customer service did not give me any reply,and the email did not receive any information.This makes me angry about this deal,I wish more people could see this review of mine and stay away from this site.

I canceled last moth and today I get another box and more money taken out, I wasn’t told that I had to cancel. I was told the person I went through and she would cancel. I want my money back and this box shipped back

I Always really liked It works products and would advertise for them.
Until the recent changes. They have gotten rid of their Platinum loyalty for the customers that have been with them for a long time taken away all the discounts and put up the price for myself about $70 per order and now you have to pay shipping and handling. On top of the increase. Then they also want you to pay a fee to be a loyal customer once a year.
I used to think the company was about the customer but I guess they are just about the money.
Great way to lose customers that have been loyal to the company. Very disappointed in my new experience.

Used greens on the go daily for 8 years. Price went from $30. - $40. For 30 packets.Over the 8 years. No problem with that. They just changed it to 15 packets for $50. If you sign up and pay $19.99 to be a loyal customer. DONE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the business sense of this money hungry company.

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER! Can't cancel, can't return my products and won't answer my questions. I've opened at least 5 tickets and no response. They sell expired products and when you want a refund they send the exact lot number and expired again. I want ALL my stuff returned but I'm still ignored, even so called managers ghost you.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

This is the ONLY factors that IT Works and 'Independent Distributor' Sherry Shaw (@Iamsherryshaw or @sherryshaw8) are focused on... Stop hiding behind your keyboards and lame policies and instead strive to "Be Better & Do Better" by your so called loyal customers.

Seems I need to S-P-E-L-L it out for them in S-I-M-P-L-E terms - all ya needed to do was show a little empathy / compassion, and offer to possibly try another alternative product (free of charge) to a customer... Viola!

They could be doing so much better in terms of their customer service approach, but hey! That's not the business model / plan when they are structured as a MLM Pyramid/ pozi scheme, lol... just scroll & read most reviews on here to see clear evidence on this!!

BRAVO again to IT Works and 'Independent Distributor' Sherry Shaw (@Iamsherryshaw or @sherryshaw8) for continuing to go the distance of putting PROFIT over customer experiences!!!

I purchased total of $1400 however after receiving my first package I realized none of the original products worked. I contacted my consultant telling her to cancel the 2 kits that were to follow. She was of no help.
I got package 2 and took it to the local address explaining I did not.order it. Was given a receipt for the returned package. Next month another kit arrived. I returned it to the local address.
I contacted "IT WORKS" CANCELLED ANYTHING they planned to send and requested a full refund.
I have contacted the company many times with NO RESPONSE.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Their company has appalling record and UNTRUSTWORTHY is obvious.
I will now share on social media and see how quickly we can shut down their scandalous reputation and PR unresolved issues from MAY 2017.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this product. What a crummy learning experience. I can't cancel my subscription until November?? How am I supposed to take these daily when it makes everything on my inside race to the exit? READ THE REVIEWS!! The makers of this product need to understand... that it's not working well for most people.
