This is my third request. It Works! was supposed to send me a printable return address so I could return products I did not order. They responded by saying Check your Spam, which I had already done. Duh. They should already have my email, but here it is again. Oh, nice. You can’t post your email. Try to contact the company and you get nowhere.

Follow up review, it took about a month for me to get my refund from it works ! Horrible customer service ! And they didn’t even refund the full amount! Incredible! BEWARE of it works policies and the distributor Leah Gaudette located in Gatineau Quebec. She never informed how payments would automatically be charged monthly, never informed that there would be a fee for returning the product, never was involved in the return process, just kept passing it on to it works, absolutely disappointed!

Firstly, I cannot understand the negative reviews on here, you benefit from a 25% discount when you take out a subscription. This is totally flexible, you can pause it, cancel it or change it. When I ordered I created a password for my account so I can go into it and amend it at anytime. If you want to order once you can! It is easy to arrange and extremely flexible. I am happy to order products each month as I am really seeing the benefits - I order super greens and super reds to get the nutrition and overall health benefits. My whole family drink these everyday! Digestion is better, my cravings are less, I sleep better and have loads more energy. I know they will be working to improve our overall health from the inside out and these benefits cannot always be measured. Our health is our wealth. Thank you to IT Works and my distributor for introducing these amazing products, they really have had such a positive impact.

True enough, I like the product I’m using but I requested a refund. It’s coming too often and costs too much. When I was signed up she just requested my card info. She didn’t say it would be a recurring fee. I don’t want my subscription. Yet I received notification tonight if another almost $90 product. Was going to try this product from a FB friend but

I signed up to become a distributor for It works! Paid over £140 for it including online training which I never took part in. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel my account and rang up asking for a refund as I have made no sales etc. I was told I would get a refund once my trial products were sent back to the warehouse in the Netherlands.
Package sent back tracked (February 2023). Arrived in Netherlands but they never accepted it. Online tracking said addressee never collected it. So now it is being sent back to me. Called the support line to which I was told 2 orders were sent to me. One was a replacement. I said I only received 1 package. I knew nothing of a replacement order. This went back and fourth only to be told I would get no refund whatsoever.
Do not get involved with this company, if you have to send something back it’ll be back with you in another two months and you will get no refund. What a joke. Absolute scam!

Don't waste your time
I used to love the it works products and referred a bunch of people. I added a buy one get one on my subscription but only received one of the items and when I called and emailed, they refused to acknowledge that I ordered the bogo. This is a seasonal product that is only listed as bogo btw, not sure how I would order that wrong?! Literally losing my business over a bogo item is ridiculous! Overall the products are over priced and there are more reasonably priced items that work just as well. Don't waste your time.

So wish I would have checked the reviews first. UGH! The sales tactics are misleading when you think you are purchasing ONE bottle and then you are told 90 DAYS so you receive 3 bottles @ $50.47/bottle. I call to cancel, I am told I can postpone next order but not cancel at this time. I have repeatedly requested my password to be reset and have never received an email from the company. It just confirms the fact you can't trust anyone these days.

I previously made a review and I'm back with an update. After speaking to customer service for days, I was connected to a woman, Beth McDonald, a senior representative. Beth has been nothing but kind, apologetic, has gone above and beyond to get this straightened out and a pleasure to work with.
What I have learned? While I still don't care for the distributor I ordered from, the people answering complaints are not responsible for the company policies, they are simply doing their job and I have learned to stay kind to those people.
It Works, while I will never purchase again, you have a phenomenal worker in , Beth. She deserves recognition.

Spoiler alert! ItWorks! IT DOESN’T. Tired of seeing this product pushed and their dishonest tactics to get people to buy them. The price is NEVER what the rep says it will be. There is a lot of double speak. Aside from the dishonesty, the products don’t work. I tried several products WHILE dieting and exercising, and lost ZERO WEIGHT. None. And that’s 5 days a week, at least an hour in the gym. Save your money.

This company and all of the "reps" are scammers. I was told I would get 1 bottle to try...well 30 days later I get another bottle then 30 days later ANOTHER bottle. I contacted the "rep". She said i sent you a text with the terms to get my price and sent it to me. what she said and what the fine print said were 2 different things. I asked her to cancel. She said I had to do it and hung up on me. I did call the company to cancel and got a sales spiel AGAIN. The only thing the company did was send me a shipping label. Total scammer deal.

I was under a lady named Savanna Marie who promised I would receive 250.00 dollars before Christmas 2022. I still haven’t gotten my 250.00 bonus and I’m out 149.00 of my own money . I think this company is a total ripoff and I have since found out the gummies give people horrible cramps and diarrhea.
