I have no idea what this supplement is supposed to do-but all I do know is it gives me heartburn, and upset stomach. I am disappointed that I have no way to stop future products-and it’s like I am left not knowing what I’m taking, why I’m taking it, and feeling ill from it. I sent a note to the person I signed up with-and it appears I’m being ignored. I wasn’t looking to join another MLS or club. At this point-I just want my subscription cancelled. Who do I call? The number I’m trying is not attended. The minute I joined, I was asked to put a positive review on my account, praising how much I love it..I didn’t even try the stuff-so no-that’s not truth in advertisement in my opinion. Does anyone know how to cancel? Do I need to file a complaint thru the State? Anyone?

Again this company failed. I canceled and you took money out of my account after you replied back that this would not happen!. Please refund my money back into my account ASAP!

Do not fall for this! This whole company is a joke! After speaking with a rep that works for them I agreed to a 1 TIME PAYMENT for a month supply. I had in text messages with the rep that I did not want to subscribe to anything and I would contact her if I wanted to go farther with the weight loss subscription. The following month they took over a hundred dollars from my account WITHOUT my consent! When I contacted the company and put a ticket in with them to cancel the order within 6 hours of them taking money from my bank account. Mind you this was on a Sunday morning. I heard nothing and then Monday morning I called them to request that it be canceled as I did not sign up for this and they proceeded to tell me that they could not cancel my order because there warehouse works offline and have no phone and they had no way to cancel it! (Sorry but this is a lie, with today’s technology come on now)I then reached out to the rep that I had ordered from the first time and what I thought was the only time and she was very nice at first was going to go above and beyond to help me get that order canceled and my money back that they had no right taking! She even offered to buy the product off me once it was delivered to me. I have reached out to her numerous times and now no reply! But the company says if I return it unopened they will give me a refund that would take up to 30 days. lol really? So they want me to pay to ship it back? Um NO, because then I’m out the money to ship it back! This is a scam and a real joke! I really kick myself in the butt for not reading the reviews about this company! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM HELL!

This is a scam! Do not buy!!!! It does not work it makes you gain weight! I've been watching someone i know sell this and shes gained alot weight! Think about it if it did work big pharma would be all over this to make money! Look at the reviews they even have law suits against them!

If I could give customer service representatives -10 I would. My distributor is great but customer service keeps cancelling my account for NO REASON. This is the second time in less than 2 months. The first time was because I was waiting for my bank card the second time
my order was suppose to be processed on March 2nd they cancelled my account 3 days after I made a one time purchase & one day before my auto shipment for absolutely no reason. Figure it out!!

I was interested in trying the products. I signed up but in less than 24 hours decided to hold off pending more research. I tried to sign in to my account but the link does not work. The website does not work. Fortunately my payment method allowed me to immediately cancel autopay, but this may be an expensive lesson for what appears to be a scam website.

I would give zero Stars if I could! Do not and I repeat do not order from this company! I paid over $200 , I got gummies that are completely rancid they are disgusting they have gone bad even my son was spitting them out.
All their products smell horrible like pine or gone bad and leave your hair feeling heavy and do not do what they promise to do. I spent over $200 for products that I'll never use and gummies that have gone bad I requested a refund right away I explained that the gummies are literally Rancid as they have been probably sitting in shelves for months and months however they will not refund me they say they do not have a money back guarantee and they basically do not care that I am not happy with the productsand got bad gummies. Do not order from this company, absolutely horrible products and horrible customer service and satisfaction. Now I am stuck with products I will never use and gummies I threw in the garbage. Horrible

Finally, after months of phone calls with it works. I finally got a hold of their claims/recovery department, and got my problem resolved. They are reimbursing me for the extra charges that they made on my credit card. I am very grateful for that. But in the future, I will never do business with them again.

Do not, I repeat, no not sign up for auto ship. I thought I had canceled mine after the mandatory 90 day commitment only to find out that the lady only put in a pause on the shipment. I got charged for 2 shipments that went to an old address and are now lost. They would not refund my money or recognize their mistake. They stole over 200 bucks from me and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Please don’t even risk it, I didn’t even lose any weight on the stuff I did willingly purchase.

I did not get the results I was told I should get. I contacted the seller to get more help and she is completely ignoring me. Very disappointed!!! Don't recommend these products

I have been takin these gummy vitamins for hair daily for almost 3 months I have not had any growth I was told you can see new growth after 1 month I have wasted money I’m not pleased at all so I have cancelled buying any more products

The worst customer service I've ever received. I only agreed to try a sample. I was then billed $52.00. When I tried to cancel this subscription, the rep wanted all of my banking information as well as PayPal, venmo, and cash app. Definitely a scam company. Then Ramon or Jeremy or whoever else I talked with got mad and hung up on me twice. Their number is 1-615-280-0096. A total scam.

Horrible company! I thought that they were a Christian company. They are so deceptive with the host a post and they don’t let customers return anything unopened even if it didn’t work for them. There is a complete lack of integrity with this company. If they really stood behind their products, they would let somebody return something if it didn’t work for them. All the money is paid in bonuses, and there’s no discount for distributors they feed off of their distributors for purchasing their expensive products.

I love the itworks products they have helped me to lose over 80 pounds so far. I used the gummies, TFX, keto coffee. It take drinking a lot of water to stay full, but I love these products.
Not only me though one of itworks newer products Aloe has helped my elderly father with repairing his kidney function. Before he started taking the aloe my father was looking at having to go on dialysis his kidney function was only 10 percent, after only 2 months of using the aloe, my fathers kidney function improved to more than 30 percent. Now I am not saying this aloe saved his life, but I am saying that this aloe is helping flush the dangerous toxins that built up in his kidney. Thank you itworks

I've been taking the gummies and they are not doing anything. I still stay hungry and haven't lost any weight. Just received a new bottle which I have not opened. I want to return them and cancel my order. I do not wish to continue these. Please cancel my order. I don't want something that doesn't work. I want my money back please. I still have half a bottle of the first one I received. I stay hungry with them and I was told I wouldn't. How do I get my money back and CANCEL this plan?

I totally don’t understand these Negative reviews I been taking these products for over a year and a half now and I have lost weight have energy. I really like the products. I have never had a problem with customer service or shipping. Only once I received a extra item that I didn’t order on my order it was just items were mixed up,I wasn’t charged for the wrong item it was just put in my order instead of my product, customer service got right on it sent out my correct item and I offered to send back the item that was wrong they said No worries you keep it and try it out. I was so amazed how Great customer service was and excited to try the new product😊 The Products are expensive even if your on the perks plan so I wish they had some better sales like on Holidays like a Long time ago in the past. And I just went to order the lash serum and I think they discontinued it,I’m bummed I really liked it and it lasted a long time.😔 Other than that I think this Company is Great!❤️

Their get 4 buyers 1 distributor and get 500 dollars is a scam. You will only get half AND have to get more or you will not see ypur other half.

Of you go against what they say or they don't agree they will have EVERYONE block you "for their protection" and then these god loving ppl will talk bad about you...

If someone that you reach out to has something negative to say about it works they tell you to block and never speak to them again....

Idk it's just all off to me and all super fake.
Prices are insane and it honestly doesn't work in my opinion but for that each uts own.

I am unable to take this product due to an allergic reaction to something in the product. I have hives on most of my body. I’m not asking to return anything or for a refund I just want to cancel my membership and not be charged any further. The website is a big circle jerk.
