Good strings reasonably priced.
Whoever packed the strings made a simple mistake and packed the wrong guage of strings. This was quickly and generously sorted out with the correct strings sent.

When DPD failed to deliver my item, the staff member at Ivor Mairants was very helpful, and went out of his way to sort out the problem, and my item was subsequently delivered. Hugely appreciated!

False advertised product and no response to emails
This company use a supplier for some of their products, but clearly do not apply due diligence. The item I received looked significantly different to the item advertised. It was also lower in quality. It looked like some kind of replica or fake. I have contacted the company for a refund and to alert them to the issue. No reply received after three days. Poor all round.
